Really lovely hotel in the countryside. Friendly welcome and perfect facilities. The restaurant is also amazing with a variety of choice at a reasonable cost. The historic town of Canterbury isn't far away for those who are looking for somewhere to explore.

Stayed at the Evenhill on Friday 31st of March. The room was spacious and came with a corner bathtub. Had a three course at the restaurant with two glasses of wine and a beer the price came to around £50. The quality of food and service was excellent. Buffet breakfast included in the morning and yet again the food did...

The rooms are in a separate building away from the pub; our room overlooked a field at the back and was really quiet. We had a lovely, deep, corner bath (we prefer a bath to a shower) and I believe they have had a refurb recently - fixtures, fittings and general decor were all clean and fresh. The beds were...

A friendly, bright and warm pleasant to be; quiet and relaxing ...but the food is not so great and the menu really needs some re-thinking. Easy to park and find ...no problems on that score; but the food needs to be re-thought with more fresh vegetables, better bread and so on.

Great wee pub place with generous accommodation and great service....at a fair price. Forget the chains and the flashy trashy places in town....here's a neat place to stay with no hang-ups and with no airs and graces. Just plain, cool, hospitality. Cheap anyway, and breakfast portions designed to maim.

Quiet country location. Good pub/restaurant as part of the complex. Rooms reasonably furnished and quite comfortable. Not enough soundproofing between rooms (had to catch an early ferry the next day). Swipe card door opening proved a little tricky.
