We loved our stay at Cascada de las Animas. The cabin was comfortable and clean and just really cute. The pool area was stunning with the incredible mountain backdrop. We had a tasty meal at the restaurant and a really enjoyable trek with approximately 20 other guests. The guides were lovely. We will definitely go back!

We stayed one evening at a cabin with wood stove (also a furnace). Cabin was a bit rustic but was awesome. The price included a hike to the falls and breakfast. This is a really cool place and I would highly recommend it. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. Special thanks to Andrea who... More

I went here on September, I stayed in the camping, and it was a really different and nice weekend. Also you have the option of stay in lodges or cabins if you want to. My experience in the camping was awesome, enjoying the calm and the peace of the place and the nature. Every camping site is good demarcated, and... More

We loved our time at Cascada. The setting is beautiful, the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxed and casual with just a touch of the hippie era. There is great food - and we especially recommend Cascada to vegans, as the Cafeteria has great vegan meals, and the Restaurant is also very accommodating. There are... More

Very nice place, clean, spacy rooms, will certainly get back. Loved the borde rio suítes! Only the personel at the restaurante Tribu seems to be a little bit confused. Even making a reservation for a table for dinner they weren't able to keep it free. We had to take a seat outside in the cold. The last morning we were... More

From the firs day we were very positively surprised about the service and very nice staff. It's easy to get here by bus from Santiago. Cabania, a wooden cosy cottage, was very clean, with great facilities, including fireplace to warm up during the cold evenings. The place offers a lot of activities, hiking, climbing, rafting. All well organised. We especially... More

Since I was a child I have dreamed of going rafting, but somehow it never happened, and I thought that maybe I had become too old, until a couple of weeks ago. We went to this lovely hotel an hour or so from Santiago, which turned out to have much more to offer than merely a place to sleep. The... More

My first visit to this Resort. An incredible experience. The setting is surreal. In between high mountains, at the foot of the Andes a somewhat mystical of a place. Two nights and three days left us all with not wanting to leave. The staff extremely accommodating. The welcoming, Hot Tub, Cafe, Restaurant, Hiking Trails, Rafting and a broad variety of... More

The rooms and setting are awesome, but the heating broke and then we had no hot shower for our stay. The hot tub is $20 Aud per person!!!! The staff were really unhelpful, we were short on time and check in took 40 minutes! There are no maps of the area and they didn't know that all the roads In... More

Chile is tantalizing. Parts of it feel like Switzerland, other parts like the high desert of Arizona, or the areas north of Los Angeles, CA. Like those places, views are breathtaking. Pictures don't do justice to the size of the mountains or depths of the valleys. I was in Chile' for five days to visit my son who is studying... More
