Balai is a fantastic getaway from the city and always a pleasure to visit. They now have an aqua park floating on the lake which is great fun. I go back Year after year and each visit I notice more and more improvements. Staff are friendly, food is good and as for the views, well you cannot get better. A...

Talisay is the depressing part of the South ...but Club Balai Isabel turned this sleepy town into a fun getaway. Two huge pools, billiards, KTv, to jet skis and their recently opened Aqua Park - the South's answer to a floating playground. The ambiance is landscaped to natural forest theme, so thick it reminds me of Hidden Valley. Just an...

Yah! You heard it right. If your looking for a place where you want to relax and unload your stress, we recommend the place. In rooms, it is very spacious, the aircon is good, you can also see the sunset and sunrise, the scenic view of the lake in some rooms, that makes you feel peaceful. Amenities, they have 3...

What I really like the Club Balai was its serenity and calmness of the place-indeed a perfect spot to unwind outside the Metro. Though they have still bunch to improve in Rooms are spacious and clean. Temperature is on point. Amenities not complete like in 3 star at least. Soap, lotion, shower gel, and paste were given but towels were...

My mother and my son enjoyed it very much. Mom especially liked the food and my son, the pool. It was cold but the place was very relaxing. During our stay, the main bridge was under renovation so we have to take the steep downhill drive from Tagaytay. This was unpleasant and scary.

Club Balai Isabel being the first place I ever went on a trip by my lonesome was the perfect place. I was able to try some adventure by going on a banana boat ride and jet ski. I also took some quiet time by waling around the compound. The place is very lovely with so many beautiful spots. There's a...

Three families stayed at Balai Isabel to chill out. The place was busy, there were two big pools to choose from. Beachfront where you can view Taal Volcano. There are few available activities - trekking (highly recommended), body scrub (ordinary. Shower area needs lot of improvement, service schedule was not on time, staff doesn't seem to like her job- won't...

The place has a nice ambiance. Staff and crew are friendly and accomodating. You are not allowed to swim in the lake but they got 3 big pools. Food is okay. The only problem is our room. For the price we paid, I think we didn't get our money's worth. Room is kinda old. AC is not that cold. TV...

This place is the best place to see Taal volcano . Our first time to give the place a try with all the marketing ads delivered these months. The place needs renovation in its rooms. At the price they offer, room amenities should have been better. Towels are old . The ref door can't be close properly. Good aircondition in...

The place is very nice with a tranquil ambiance. The resort itself is big, it has three big pools, many spacious rooms for bigger accommodation and what surprise us is that it has an elevator. It has a Resto but a lil bit pricey. It has a chapel, Helipad, basketball court, billiard, Spa and souvenir shop. But I hope that...
