The location is amazing, right on the waterfront. A private jetty goes right into the lake. The rooms are cosy and clean on Philippines standards. Gt doesn't worth the time and money. Upon talking to the staff on the phone they keep on asking to hold on and send other person to talk. It's just not worth to spend my time and money going there. All fake description in the app about this hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights. The first night we booked through a website, the second night we paid directly. When we asked, the proprietor matched the online rate for the second night. We stayed there at the end of May for two nights. The host family is so nice, we felt like home as soon as we arrived. We stayed here one night in early May. The double room (with a/c 1500 PHP) was simple, spacious, clean and comfortable. The resort is well situated and tours to the volcano can be organized very easily. The rooms are very basic and some of them without hot water. But the room rate is only 1500 Pesos... just be aware of the food prices. There was no menu available, but somehow I said to myself that the food can't be that expensive... More

I hired a driver and he suggested reaching the Island and Taal Volcano via this resort- partially because of the cost and also because of the clean restrooms.
