This is a lovely little B&B, Jane was very welcoming and very attentive. She was helpful and goes the extra mile. Nice clean rooms, breakfast was lovely and the B&B itself is in a great location. Would highly recommend a visit.

I can highly recommend the Forest Tea House in Burley. Jane, the host, was just lovely. So welcoming and helpful. The room was great - as a family we had two bedrooms in a little suite which was delightful, and so clean!! Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and replacements if required. Breakfast was great with such care...

We have just returned from our first visit to the New Forest. We were made very welcome by Jane who lent us a torch so we could walk to the Burley Inn in the dark. As it was chilly she had turned on the central heating so it was very cosy when we arrived. We had a great breakfast, all freshly...

Looking for somewhere in the New Forest with a warm welcome from your host; a nice room; plenty of parking right outside the front door; a nice tea shop next door; a good pub serving food just a few minutes walk away; an excellent breakfast ? If yes, stay at the Forest Tea House in Burley. We had a one...

We have just returned home after spending only one night at the Forest Tea House and I feel compelled to write a review. We arrived late on friday evening and Jane was most welcoming despite the late evening arrival. The room was very well presented and very clean, as was the en suite bathroom with shower. The breakfast was superb...

My girlfriend and I stayed a couple of nights in September and were very happy with the accommodation. Jane went the extra mile as the host and the location of the B&B was great - just a short walk from the local pubs. All in all a good experience and I would recommend to others.

We arrived on a wet and windy afternoon to a very friendly welcome indeed. Our room was clean and we discovered a very generously filled tea/coffee tray. Given that we drink Yorkshire tea we were delighted to find Yorkshire teabags were in bountiful supply. Jane was a fantastic host and the breakfast she served far exceeded our expectations. The only...

We stayed with Jane over the Bank Holiday and found it a very nice experience. She is a very welcoming hostess who brought a generous and personal touch to our stay. Our room faced the back of the house towards a pastoral scene of cows grazing on a green grassy slope and a cider press. There is a rather officious...

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 night stay in Jane's wonderful B&B. Jane is the perfect hostess and nothing is too much. We mentioned that we had bikes and we were going to be cycling all weekend and she supplied maps, advise on where to go and also changed our room to ensure we had the...
