The rooms are clean and very pretty. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not. The rooms come with only 1 pillow/ person and they are really mushy. However they will provide more if you ask them to. Not sure if this applies for all single rooms, but the mini fridge is right next to the bed, so the light sleepers might find it a bit disturbing. The spa services are ok, but not great. Out of the 2 foot massage chairs, only one was working and intermittently. The other 2 warm beds should have been placed in a more intimate area where there isn't that much noise. The hotel does offer massages, but they don't have a dedicated masseur. And the scheduling is pretty chaotic. Also, the massage area is situated in a pretty noisy area, right at the entrance of the spa, and the room is not isolated. The staff is really helpful and polite, both the ones at the hotel and the ones at the restaurant. During our stay, there were some air conditioning issues, where one room had some leakage and the air conditioning stopped working for all the rooms. Not very pleasant when there are 35C outside. The food and service at the restaurant were great, they have great variety for both food and beverages.

I went to Hotel Gabriela's restaurant to have dinner with friends Saturday night. Everything was very good from the beginning, starting with our greeting from the hostess. Also, I noticed that the food came very quickly. I recommend this restaurant, especially for their desert, papanași.

It was a pleasure the interaction with the hotel staff, starting with the room reservation, including restaurant and spa centre services. Although I was late with the reservation, as it was a last-minute decision, the young lady who took over my request acted with a lot of professionalism and gave us all the information that we needed and, above all, a beautiful room. The restaurant is elegant, well equipped, with a diversified menu and, most importantly, with a score of ten staff! Nowhere in Romania we haven't met more dedicated staff. Impeccable service, given the restaurant was full. The smile on the face and the good word, promptitude, respect for the client, some of the qualities that have led us to come back. It was a particular experience every time, where we felt the full hospitality and the warmth of people working with pleasure. The services provided, especially the spa centre, which is over the expectations, are completing the joy of being on the Maramuresean land, and the saying: "Man sanctifies the place" is totally recovered in this blessed place! Thank you! We will come back!
