Nestled amid 40 acres of coffee plantations, peppered with vines of redolent cardamom, this hideout, far from the city din is perfect for those seeking a quiet and unperturbed time in the lap of nature. The meandering roads through verdant hills will lead you to this Coorg homestay, and once you arrive, there would be a caretaker to greet you and take you in.

Situated off the road in the heart of a coffee and pepper plantation. Almost 125 years old property. Homestay was comfortable and facilities were suitable. Food is cooked by the caretaker. There are long trails within the property and a few day tours to places like Madikeri, Abbi falls, Namdroling monastery and the elephant camp at Kushalnagar.

We, a group of 7, visited Coorg in November, 2018 and zeroed in on Brindavan Estate for our stay. Right from the time we contacted Mr. Rohith, owner of the property, we knew we had made the correct choice. Mr. Rohith was kind enough to guide us on our stay, meal options and sightseeing choices. The tranquility, freshness of the estate hits you the moment you step into it. Mornings are a treat to watch and take a walk around. You get to learn a lot about the plantation and could actually get your hands on some oranges, pepper, coffee etc. which grow in the estate. Siddu, the caretaker, is a one man show . Food prepared for both breakfast and dinner was delicious and fulfilling. Coffee was a standout. The rooms are thoughtfully and tastefully designed with very comfortable beds. The pool was in an idyllic location with forest cover all around. Overall, an excellent getaway from the bustling city life.

This is a wonderful place in the midst of a beautiful estate. The care takers are very good especially Mr. Siddu, homely food served, prepared mouth watering barbeque, bonfire fesility, bicycles provided to explore the estate, A swimming pool to unwind and you have the options for sporting like basket ball, football, batminton etc.. The rooms and bathrooms are clean but no tioletries provided.

One of the best homestay I stayed so far in Coorg nestled between 40 acres of coffee plantation. We had great enriching experience exploring the Coorgi cuisines and the plantation around on a bicycle which they offered. Had so much fun with family swimming around the well-maintained pool. The staffs were extremely welcoming and courteous. Will recommend to family, couples, friends to stay disconnected from busy city life.
