Machaan Wilderness Lodge is located in South Coorg, with an easy access to Rajiv Gandhi National Park, home to tigers, bison & elephants to name a few. An ideal road trip from Bangalore, Machaan Wilderness Lodge is easily reachable by road in approximately 90 mins time from Mysore. The last leg of the drive includes a road that traverses through the jungle for about 40kms. The Rooms and Cabins are set amidst a coffee estate where, one can wake up to the early morning calls of birds and a beautiful view of the estate on the verandah attached to each room. Surrounded with a plethora of different flora and fauna true to its region, guests are encouraged to spend all their time outdoors . Rooms are modern with attached washrooms that can accommodate 3 people comfortably. The overall look and feel of the property is rustic and may not be suitable for elderly people due to the steep gradients in the terrain. We offer wildlife safari into the National Park everyday.
