Just the blissfull solitude and the natural surrounding. Surendra Anandrao Jagtap, Joyappa to his friends, hails from the princely historical town of Gwalior, famous for their rich history. An engineer by education, worked with varied organizations in India and abroad. We 3 families stay 3 days in coorgblossom. The place is inside thick forest-coffe plantation. The morning is so beautiful with lots of birds song... mind meditation done automatically. The Owner is such a knowledgeable, fit for life and positive attitude person... I can't forget him. At last I must say food is delicious... must Enjoy.

About the Host Mr. Suren: We will never forget the incredible 3 days living in your homestay. You provided us with cosy rooms, made delicious breakfast for us every morning and introduced the culture of Coorg every day, which was very beneficial to us to understand surrounding area better. Every time we had some naïve questions. you answered them patiently. So, we did not feel a little bit lonely at all at that time, because you let us feel warm in an alien land. The dinner menu for all three days was awesome. The place is so quiet and relaxing. Besides the tranquillity and serenity of the place, the hosts were so nice and humane that we felt we were at a relative’s place. Recommendations: This is one of the best scenic home stays in Coorg. One can have unforgettable perception of greenery and best view of plantations and nature in and around the home stay. Especially morning walk around homestay in the was very scenic and feels fresh. It’s a very well-maintained property. There hospitality and food were really good. Thanks to Mr.Suren for making our stay most comfortable. We would recommend this to my friends and make it a point to come back. The hosts are very warm and welcoming and it's a great place for families as kids have plenty of room to run around. One of the best places we have ever visited and the best hospitality we have ever received. I don't think any amount of money can buy this hospitality anywhere. These people are passionate about what they do. This is a home stay but honestly the hospitality is too good to call it a home stay. They have cottages, rooms and dorms. It is located into forest but the owners Mr. Jagtap and Mr. Shettigeri will try to keep in contact with you so that you reach without any issues. It is a tar road till the home stay so you can easily go there with your private vehicle. It is advisable to reach here before sunset. They provide campfire, delicious food, take you for trekking, trip through the coffee plantation and lots of wonderful talks. The rooms are very clean and smell of flowers. The surrounding is clean, beautiful, well maintained and gardened. Special mentioning about the food. We were not expecting such a huge spread for dinner and breakfast. But they had so many items on the table. The food was scrumptious. The kind that would want to make you go there again and again just to eat. The cook is a very nice person and pretty passionate about his work. Mr. Shettigeri is another wonderful person that I would want to thank again and again. He took a lot of pain for us. Guided us through the coffee plantation and trekking, guided us through their estate. He helped us in so many ways that I can make a list out of it. I would give it 5 stars on every aspect. Please do not expect internet, television, cellphone signal here. This is a remotely located place in the womb of nature so if you are planning to come here get rid of technology and just relax. Also, please inform the owners quite in advance as they have to take a lot of efforts and travel to distant towns to provide even the simplest thing to their customers. One of the best home stays that I've been to. Special thanks to all the people who took care of us from the time of check in to check out. The place is also well organized and also a great place for the camp fire. Food was also amazing.

We had a good 2 day outing at Coorg and had a comfortable stay at Coorg Blossom Homestay. It was a time well spent with family , away from the busy life of Bangalore. We found time to play Carom and Chess something which we had not done for years. Mobile and Data Connectivity is not good at the location, which works well if you are looking for a interruption free relaxed time. We were served good food , which was tasty and like home food. On the whole a very enjoyable stay at Coorg Blossom Homestay !
