Stay: Den cottages are good, need maintainance out side of the rooms. Food: Buffet food is awesome, But when I ordered chicken starter, Chicken was not much good. Location: If you wanna enjoy the nature go for it though it bit away from Madikeri. Thank you Jagan for your hospitality.

We travelled as a group for 2 nights. From the welcome reception to allotment of rooms, it was well planned. The rooms are clean, furnished adequately and ideal for the locale. The location of rooms are well spaced and there is privacy between rooms. Day 1: We relaxed on the property. Lot of areas to gather as groups and have fun. The pool is clean and filled with Kaveri River Water. The game area has few indoor sports activities. As it was raining, the river level was up and was fast flowing, boating/rafting was not offered. Maybe a summer trip to experience. The new addition to the restaurant is the outdoor deck, which has a great view of the lake and estate. A nice setting to have your dinner/lunch. Day 2: Started with Bird Watching and Coffee Plantation Walk. Do not miss this! The guide was a local and explained in detail the different species of birds and spice plants. The best experience was the cuisine. The chef served authentic Kodava cuisine for lunch on Day 2 and it was simply delicious. The meal included Pandi Curry, Kadambuttu, Koli Curry, Paputtu, Thoppu Palya, Baimbele, Tarkaari Curry, Yarchi Curry and Payasa - All Kodava Dishes and the drink served was Bird Eye's Chilli infused with Bitter Lemon Juice - Do not miss this concoction. For team celebration, we chose the first floor banquet hall, which is adequate to host a party. We also got a choice to play music on bluetooth speaker in the lounge area, just for the gathered team. What can be improved: Internet Service and Intercom in Rooms The entire team of Kadkani deserve recognition for their service. Jagan, One of their long time employee was very helpful in taking care of arrangements and was available till late night on both days of our stay. Thanks Jagan. The property covers all the elements of nature. It has Kaveri river flowing beside it, private pond, plantation along hill where you can go for nature walk and paddy fields. These are over and above swimming pool, rafting in Kaveri River, zip lining, rifel shooting, paddle boating,indoor and outdoor games. Food here is very tasty and the hospitality of staff was very warm. The rooms are in middle of all elements of nature so you got great views as well. Truly value for money.

Resort was placed @ a very calm and pleasant river side. It an excellent place for retreat and cut off from the busy polluted world. River rafting is the one thing which we would recommend and the memory will stay for ever. Staffs r so pleasant esp Mr Jagan. Saying all there are some small flaws as well like food can be better, electricity is a big issue and the toilet areas can be upgraded for better standards. But over all a place to recommend and visit again.

Awesome place. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are spacious and super clean. Food is very tasty and staff takes personal care at the restaurant. Resort is near riverside. Has many outdoor activities. Resort is full of trees and flower budding plants. Someone loves nature this is the place, River, ponds and trees. Swimming pool is well maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Jagan who was there all time for help.

I went there with my team of a company offiste - 14 of us in total. The estate is beautiful and had a ton if activities we could partake in. We especially used the - pool, morning wall, table tennis, carrom, chess, cricket, volleyball and bonfire. The staff are very responsive, the guide is very knowledgeable and the hosts are extremely kind and accommodating. The food is fantastic too - we ate a lot. Overall fantastic experience - highly recommend for anyone looking for some beautiful fresh air at a luxurious stay. Oh and the cottages are huuuge, especially the bathrooms. Highly recommend!!
