Our recent stay @ Sherlocks Jungle Retreat was indeed a pleasant delightful stay in the cottage. We really enjoyed our stay there. Everything, including ambience, pleasant cool weather, picturesque scenery of coffee plantations, food, hospitality and timely service was just wonderful and rejuvenating. Also, the Manager Devi Prasad & staff Naveen & team were very courteous and helpful making our vacation more memorable. We will be excited to have many more of such holidays....and refer to our friends and social circle.

Wonderful place, close to Iruppa falls, good and clean rooms , hot water available, homely and tasty food.,beautiful garden, great staff... but should come prepared as there is no network... Totally it’s a wonderful place for family trips and couples...

Nice place, very close to Irupu Falls. Educated owners and good hospitality. Good amenities like carrom, table tennis, basketball, snooker, pool. Tasty food, in time service. Hot water availability, and clean rooms!

Firstly, we picked this place because its close to Irpu Falls because of which we were able to go there multiple times. Serene, quiet place. Evenings 4 to 7 pm, we used to stay outside the room. Excellent service by Devi Prasad and his guys. I believe the homestay was not upto the infrastructure side. Auto power backup was not there and especially with kids during summers this is a problem. Rooms and the toilets need revamp. I would recommend it to a family only once the infrastructure is improved. But there are a lot of positives if you can ignore the negatives.

Positives : 1. Its fantastic place and barely 250m from the entry of Iruppu waterfalls make our life much easy. Had a walk from this Hotel to waterfalls and had a beautiful scenic experience. 2. Staff is very supportive and area is very neat and tidy. Food is just home made and fantastic. Surroundings are completely immersed with nature and you definitely love it if you are a nature lover. 3. Evenings are more beautiful and you love the songs of birds if you are in absolute silence. 4. Devi Prasad is fantastic person and his service towards customers is absolutely phenominal Need improvement: 1. While you may surprised to see absolutely there is no network, better come prepared so that you are completely off the grid. 2. So, staff may be busy attending other customer and having no network, you may be totally confused to whom should you contact as receiption sometimes empty…

This resort is really awesome not only because of it's location but also because of the service they offer. Hats off to Devi Prasad and his team for their attentiveness and politeness. Irupu fall is very near so whenever you feel like taking bath you can go and sit under water. ;) Food was also great. one big plus point was "No Mobile Network" so u can spend your whole time with friends and family. Overall , this place is highly recommended if you want to stay away from City life for few days.

Nice place to spend a couple of days. Staff is attentive and willing to go the extra mile. Rooms and sheets are clean, food is good. You are in the midst of nature. Can't ask for more! Roads are good and getting there by regular sedans is not difficult. Iruppu falls is a stone's throw from the resort. Also plan for the Nagarhole safari if you are an early riser.
