They have not given the room we booked. Rooms were dirty and not properly maintained and cleaned. But full amount was collected well in advance. Response from staffs were very bad. Food was very bad. They bought food from near by hotels and serve in packets like street foods.

Absolutely fantastic holiday. Property is located in lush green coffee estate in Virajpet. My family stayed there for 3 nights / 4 Days. Place is having nicely maintained, traditional big rooms. Few best experiences that I would recommend at this place. 1. Coffee plantation walk early in the morning 2. Have your silent gala time with yourself / family at bench next to Lake 3. Try Chettinad Raw Banana prepared by Amma at stay 4. Play Badminton (BYOE) / Carrom / TT with your family. Mr Murugan and his staff + family took very good care of us. This vacation could not be so great without his support. Overall, I would strongly recommend this place if you want a vacation with your family in the lap of nature.

Great time staying at this place. Manager and staffs were shown great hospitality. For kids, I couldn't find anything like play area or toys etc. Best part is to have a nearby river and a pond with ample space to roam around.
