Nestled in a picturesque blend of town and country, the Bromley Court Hotel is often appreciated for its prime location. While opinions on value vary, with some guests finding it reasonably priced and others not, the hotel's service receives accolades for being attentive and professional. The rooms elicit mixed reactions, described as both cozy and cramped.
The festive atmosphere and praised amenities, like the beautiful gardens and delicious food, add to the charm, although some areas may benefit from redecoration. Cleanliness is a strong suit, with travelers consistently commending the well-maintained environment.

Hotel's Favourite
So from my very first meeting with Jamie who is the Senior Meetings and Events Coordinator, everything has just been absolutely perfect.
We wanted to celebrate my mums 70th birthday and had a clear vision in mind. Jamie was very accommodating from helping us with our menu to giving us suggestions on planning the day.
No request was too much and I felt very happy and reassured throughout the process. Any changes I needed regarding my event was dealt with professionally and our contract was updated right away.
The room itself (the Wellington Suite) was absolutely stunning and a real showstopper. It backs onto the most beautiful gardens with great views and outdoor seating. My mum’s passion is gardening and she absolutely loves flowers and this is the reason we wanted the venue and in particular the Wellington Suite. We wanted to bring the outside in when choosing the decor and I truly feel we achieved this.
On the actual day of the event we were given early access to set up and I was happy to see the tables were beautifully positioned and my seating arrangements were even better than expected.
Nishanth was my coordinator for the day, I believe he is the food & beverage operations manager. Nish, we cannot thank you enough for all your help and assistance last Saturday.
You really did go above and beyond my expectations when it comes to planners. You were on point the entire day everything was done before I could even ask.
Planning the surprise entrance we could not have done it without you and
your thought process.
The food was so good I just still feel sad I didn’t really get a chance to eat. You never do when hosting an event. Not only did the food look great it tasted even better.
The guests were truly impressed with everything and most of all Nish and his attentiveness towards all them.
Having hosted a number of events similar in size I have to say I cannot fault the Bromley Court Hotel. It ticks every single box.
Venue - absolutely stunning
Staff - friendly, professional and most important hardworking and on the ball.
Value - the venue is worth every penny.
If you are looking to hold a truly memorable event, whether it be a wedding, christening or a party like ours Bromley Court Hotel is the one.
I wish I could do my event all over again 😊
I want to say a massive thank you to all the team that were working on September 9th 2023 and a special thank you to both Jamie and Nish for making this event truly memorable for me, the guests and most important the Birthday girl.
Thank you again from the Chandra Family x

Bromley Court Hotel are doing a really great job in difficult times. Screens are in place and masks are worn at all times and I was very impressed with electric sanitisers everywhere. There is one on the outside of the lift and one inside. The rooms are all deep cleaned and spotless. In the restaurant all tables are two meters apart and the staff with masks will serve at the table or put the food on a serving table and you can pick if up from your table. Taking everything into account you really feel as safe as can be under the circumstances. Without doubt I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay again at Bromley Court!! It’s been a while since I had the pleasure of staying here for business but this place just keeps on getting better!!
The cleanliness is always second to none at this hotel and again everywhere was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard. I liked that they had hand sanitising stations located at many points around the hotel and during these times it was very reassuring .
I stayed in room 236 a superior garden room which I haven’t stayed in before and it was absolutely beautiful , it’s nice to try different rooms in the hotel.
The decor was gorgeous and again everything cleaned to the highest of standards.
The hotel staff had put some gorgeous chocolates on my bed (which are my absolute favourite) and a lovely welcome Back card ! It was such a lovely gesture and great to know that the hotel recognise you as a repeat guest and value your custom. I thought this was wonderful and can’t thank the hotel enough for their very kind gift.
I ordered room service which was lovely and very prompt service . I also had breakfast the next morning which was also excellent and always is!
I have stayed at this hotel many times and it just keeps on getting better if that’s at all possible!
The staff are attentive, very welcoming and will go out of their way to ensure you have an excellent stay!
Thank you for another 5 star stay and look forward to many more!!

Two nights were spent at this hotel and it did not disappoint. The staff were attentive, (Andrew in the restaurant for example) the bedroom was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was just right for sleeping in. All that was needed in the room, tea making, iron and board and hair dryer were all to hand stored neatly in the wardrobe. The bathroom was compact but did the job nicely and the shower was more than adequate.
Breakfast and dinner were up to expectations all delivered by their more than capable staff.

Stayed here for a business trip to the north side of Bromley. Great location for my trip for which I had a car but want to book a hotel near the business I was attending to avoid rush hour traffic, though not particularly convenient by public transport.
The gardens' flowers and views were very impressive (they advertise themselves as a wedding venue). Cool displays on show about the history of the mansion. The room was clean but slightly aged, with visible old carpet stains and cosmetic cracks in a window pane. WiFi was variable - it's patchy at times and incompatible with my business VPN, meaning I had to use my own mobile hotspot most of the time.
I had a "poke bowl" which was decidedly an English rice salad rather than a Hawaiian poké (to be fair, I should've got the hint when the the waitress insisted on saying "póke" when I said "poké"). Buffet full English and continental breakfast was tasty. Reception and bar staff were helpful - they did some printing for me at midnight, which is a sign of good service at a traditional hotel.
Overall this place has some flaws, but is a reasonably good traditional English hotel that represents the locality well. I would recommend it to guests with a car needing to stay in the Bromley North area.

On the second evening of our stay there was a Wedding Fayre in the main restaurant, and we ate in a much smaller room, not the best atmosphere, and the food was slow arriving. Having said that the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was clean and the facilities good. The garden was very well kept and as the weather was good were able to sit outside for early evening drink. All in all a welcoming and good place to stay.

Specifically chose a hotel with onsite parking and because our visit was likely to be stressful visiting an elderly, sick relative, we splashed out on an executive room. Waste of money and the room wasn't cheap. The faults are too numerous to mention but the overall impression was of long term shabby neglect which somehow the management still deem worthy of £153 per night!! We would have had a better room at the nearest premier inn. Awarded plus 1 star because the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was superb. However, it wouldn't tempt me back to such poor quality rooms in future.

Had great hopes for this hotel. Garden Room was pleasant but extremely hot - thank goodness for the air conditioning unit. Breakfast was a big let down. No fruit salad or natural yoghurt due to ‘ delivery difficulties’ Hot buffet had been sitting for a while and was dry and some of it was inedible. No croissants and only 1 tiny bread roll on offer alongside bread for do it yourself toasting. Glad our breakfast was included in room price. Would not have been happy to pay £15.95 per person. Very disappointed as this was the final stay after a week of travelling around Hampshire staying in various hotels - most of which were cheaper and better.

Bromley Court is situated in a residential area and, as such, is in a quiet location but with bus stops a few minutes walk its location makes it easy to travel around if not wishing to use a car.
On arrival at Bromley Court the first thing I noticed was plenty of free off-road parking. The building looks austere but on entering the hotel it is a different story. The reception is roomy and bright with lovely staff. I was greeted with the news I had been upgraded from a Classic Double to a Superior Double, which was greatly appreciated. I had already booked in on line so it was merely a matter of signing in and collecting my key. The receptionist asked if she would like to book me a table for dinner in the restaurant, which she did. My room was comfortable, clean and obviously recently refurbished. There are always a few niggles to be found if you are that way inclined but nothing that detracted from my visit. Dinner in the restaurant was good. I had fish and chips for my main course and the batter, to my taste, was a little thick but the fish itself was cooked perfectly.
Like many old buildings there was a certain amount of noise i.e. creaking floorboards when other guests were using the corridors but nothing that detracted from my visit or caused me upset.
I was born and bred and the area and was reliving my childhood and youth so only stayed for one night. I would definitely stay again at the Bromley Court if I was in the area.

Only 1 night but would not if in area go anywhere else. Room was clean, smallish but comfortable with heating that was easily adjustable and en suite shower was proper walk in job and not a climb into bath and pray you will get out without slipping. Staff in bar and restaurant were friendly and able to advise about area. Dinner (we invited local relatives to join us they said they would return for a meal) and breakfast were great and the morning waitress could not do enough.

Breakfast service starts at 6.30am till 9.30am Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sundays is 8.00am till 10am.
It is a while since my stay, so things may have improved. I commented that the first breakfast was stone cold, and the second morning's breakfast was just warm. I complained to the manager, and all costs were taken off my bill immediately.
Maybe I'm just picky, but I tend to tell it like it is!
Good morning Lesley S,
we do offer pet friendly rooms with a small surcharge of £25 per night, however we don't allow dogs in our food operating areas unless they are certifies guide dogs.
