We stayed in the apartment just off the main house for 4 nights. The apartment was very comfortable ,warm and cosy. We had our own bathroom but access tt the main house. We were told to help ourselves to anything from the kitchen and make ourselves at home. Roy was most helpful, friendly and kind. He was not intrusive but...

We chose this guest house for 2 reasons, firstly from the great reviews on tripadvisor and secondly since it is close to family we were visiting in Orpington. We chose the annex which was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The en-suite was very clean and spacious! There was a good selection for breakfast whether we could either continental or...

We stayed for one night whilst attending a local family wedding. The experience at Clay Farm was just amazing. Roy could not do enough for us - even taxied us to the venue! Thanks Roy for your great hospitality - we will be recommending you to anyone who needs a B&B in the area.

My son and I stayed at the Clay Farm guest house for several nights. We were visiting London from the US and after looking at literally hundreds of B&Bs, hostels, and hotels, I am confident I made the right choice. The location was great...out of the hustle and bustle of the big city, while only a 25 minute train ride...

Fantastic guesthouse and owner could not be more helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfast was plentiful with cooked and continental available. Just off the main road so quiet location. Only downside was the shared bathroom, however having stayed a few weeks later in the local travelodge I would have got over this issue for a warm, friendly and cosy...

This is a large family home in a normal urban neighbourhood in a very quiet street. Our room was lovely, nicely decorated with a huge comfy bed, cable TV and a nice view of the garden. It isn't ensuite, but there was no-one else there, so we had our own bathroom. Breakfast, in the conservatory or outside patio, is tasty...

Very friendly owner who is attentive and helpful. Very clean room with good facilities. Not en suite, but that wasn't a problem during my stay. Lovely and quiet, but close to all the facilities who likely to need. 2 miles to a train service into London with a regular bus service in between.

We have stayed in this Guest House for the first time while visiting relatives in Bromley, all I can say is WELL DONE Roy, you are the perfect host and the big hotels could learn a lot from you. The whole place was immaculate and the bedding had a smell just like your home washed laundry...perfect. The TV had hundreds...

We stayed in the annexe, which is alongside the house and were very impressed. There was plenty of space, the shower was fantastic and the host, Roy, couldn't do enough to help. As an example, I mentioned in passing that I was on a gluten-free diet, and the next morning at breakfast there was gluten-free cereal waiting for me. All...
