Beautiful apartment. Everything you would need. Beautiful grounds and wonderful hosts. Two fantastic gorgeous dogs - Monty & Minnie - we will miss you. Excellent meal at The Oak in Wigmore & lovely to visit the local church and ring the bells! Hope to come back for longer next time.

I have returned to stay with Steve and Gill on my annual trip to the Hay Book Festival. The Cider Barn is now a self-catering apartment, with a difference. An annex to the house, we still feel very much welcomed as guests and the accommodation is spacious and immaculate. A breakfast Hamper full of Steve's home made bread, Gill's jams...

My friend and I have stayed in the Cider House at Pear Tree Farm quite a few times now. Arriving is a joy, partly because Jill and Steve are so genuinely welcoming, partly because I love dogs and Monty and Minnie give me my "dog fix" and partly because the Cider House is just so comfortable and lovely to look...

We spent 4 nights in the apartment (the old cider house) at Pear Tree Farm and I would happily have stayed longer. Comfortable bed, great shower and heated floor in the bathroom and spacious lounge and kitchen. Lots of books, DVDs and local information provided and a large cosy sofa to laze about on if required! Two extremely well behaved...

Wow! Steve and Jill have recently opened their cider house for self-catering accommodation and what a job they've done. You arrive in their beautiful grounds and will be quickly ushered into the luxurious rooms. There is a fully stocked kitchen that has everything you could think of, a spacious and airy room with a large sofa, fabulously comfy double bed,...

My wife and I have recently returned from a short break with friends, staying 2 nights at Pear Tree Farm. We agree with other 5 star reviews - the house is very comfortable and Jill and Steve are excellent hosts. We have stayed in many B&Bs over the years and this is one of the best. Note that there are...

The best way to describe this unique and beautiful B&B is a combination of being the house guests of old friends and staying in a wonderfully appointed boutique hotel with all the amenities you would expect. The hospitality is second to none and we highly recommend taking advantage of the wonderful dinner on offer. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend...

Spent two wonderful weekends here. Not in the slightest surprised that all the reviews are five star - this is the ultimate in be and breakfast experiences. In fact, bed and breakfast does not do justice to the experience. It is more like a boutique mini-hotel. House is a splendid, quirky (always chose the wrong door coming downstairs and ended...

From the warmest welcome, the attention to detail in the rooms, finest linen, toiletries and amenities, with five-star home-made cuisine using home-grown and local produce, perfect home-baked cakes and scones with tea, huge gardens, wonderful walks...this is the cleanest, most high quality of stays. The food is seriously good. Really. The wine is sourced from prestigious Tanners wine merchants in...
