Lovely property which Heather runs brilliantly! True she is unique but could not have been more helpful or friendly (esp to the dogs). Would not hessitate to stay again. Do not stay here if you want glamour or are not completely happy around dogs. But if you want cheerful, well priced, friendly place then cant fault it

Fleetwater Farm will be definitely most appreciated by dog owners. Heather was lovely with our two Cocker Spaniel boys and amazing With our friends two Cocker Spaniel girls. Who would be so brave to have A booking for 4 dogs visiting at one time plus have two more of their own? It is hard to find a place to stay...

I chose this B&B based on the charming photos of the lovely surrounding garden and the fact that it was an ideal location for walks and stumbling upon wildlife. I called Heather ahead of time to make sure she was aware that I was traveling with my heavily pregnant sister. You think she might have mentioned that she chain smokes...

My husband & I stayed at Fleetwater Farm 4 years ago and have very fond memories of our stay so decided to return. Heather was very welcoming as were her dogs - although not very welcoming to our dog. We found our room fairly clean; could do with some DIY and a good dust but otherwise ok. Our dog had...

We spent a very relaxing, enjoyable weekend at Fleetwater Farm in October 2012. On our arrival Heather greeted us at the gate & was very welcoming. Upon entering her delightful home we were offered tea/coffee or something stronger! We joined her in a glass of wine which was lovely. She was very helpful in suggesting & booking our two evening...

Reading all the reviews made me chuckle... lol... We have just had three days in the new forest and stayed here with Heather, Bouvers and Whisper, and I have to say it was the most amazing time. yes.. you can say she is abrupt, but you take her as you find her, and if this is not something you like,...

I've thought long and hard before leaving this review but as I'm still thinking long and hard 2 weeks on, here I am leaving it. We were really looking forward to our second trip to Fleetwater Farm and indeed the house and the breakfasts and the menagerie were as wonderful as our first visit. Unfortunately Heather completely ruined our visit...

We have just returned from spending five nights at Fleetwater Farm - and the previous review remains a total mystery - and, in my view, completely unfair. Heather is a larger than life character and very ebullient. She insisted on carrying something indoors for us, even though she is quite small, and as she had picked up the book bag,...

I do not understand, as others have had an excellent time, BUT as soon as we arrived, Heather 'had a go at us', she sounded 'nasty' stating we had too much luggage, in a very Darcy way and shouting! We then never mind and un packed, (we have a dog) her 3 followed us into the room with her, one...
