Had a lovely, comfortable room. Staff very warm and friendly. Breakfast lovely! Our children loved Room 10 at the top floor. This is our second stay here whilst visiting friends in Manchester, definitely will return.

Lovely friendly welcome. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean, tidy and a reasonable price. We will stay there again if we visit Salford. The room was ensuite and had the usual TV, tea/coffee tray etc

My 2nd stay & I will return again soon. Shall book independently - much better deal than trivago offer! David & staff very caring & cheerful. Rooms very tasteful & comfy beds. Plenty of tea & coffee. Breakfast is excellent & the dining room is most welcoming I have come across. Highly recommended.

Fairly reasonable price for what they gave us - my friends paid for the basic room and we paid for the upgraded type of room - both were pleasantly decorated and furnished. Everything was very clean and in working order. I was also surprised to find Ovaltine as an option by the kettle! Bed was comfortable, my only slight negative...

I was working at Event City with a colleague, we thought the Ascott, was totally lovely. The owners were so friendly and cheerful, our rooms were really comfortable, clean and full of tasteful furnishings. The breakfast was delicious, and more than enough to start the day, highly recommended.

A very cozy bed and breakfast atmosphere. It was a very nice location, quaint Monton is just down the road. Be sure to book through the hotel's website for the best rate. I could have saved a bit by doing so.

Again, we stayed at the ascott hotel and again we cannot describe our stay without using superlatives --- friendliness - cleanliness - location and transport to nearby centre of Manchester. A wide selection of choices for breakfast and cooked and presented in a professional manner. We'll done to Peter David and Ann for their kindness displayed during our stay...

I have stayed at this hotel several times for a week at a time. The place is very clean, all the staff are friendly and always willing to help. Beautiful fresh breakfast everyday. 😊 Easy to access a few bars and restaurants and the trafford centre.
