Hello and thank you for posting a review on Tripadvisor following your stay in Suite 4 here. We are in fact situated between Church Street and Boase Street. I am glad you enjoyed the wonderful views from the suite you stayed in - I also love to gaze across the bay when I am up there watching the ever changing...

Overdue review...warmest memories Bay window overlooking harbour, sincier owners and to top it of fabulous breakfast! My appologies for writting review after such a long time, yet it just proves the point that it was unforgetable and pleasant stay in Newlyn. Will return again!

Thank you so much for submitting your review to Tripadvisor, albeit your visit was nearly a year ago. Apologies for taking a while to respond. Maybe we will see you again some time if we made such an impression! We are continually striving to improve facilities here, and since you were here have had all new double 9" memory foam...

If you are looking for a B&B that is comfortable, homely, very welcoming and in a great location in Newlyn this is it. It is not a trendy boutique B&B but it has all the comforts you need. As much tea and beverages as you want and biscuits, comfortable beds, tv and plenty of hot water. Newlyn is an authentic working,...

We were happy to be able to "get away" for a two night break over New Year to our beloved Newlyn and to find Harbour View. This was a most wonderful location above the old harbourand our room had an amazing view of the Christmas lights and all the shipping activity whilst sitting in the window seat in our comfortable...

Cleaning needs attention, old dog hairs on carpets. Desperately needs redecorating. The cooked breakfast was nice, however being seated on a long table with others was uncomfortable, smaller tables are need to seat couples. Breakfast could be a tad later, say 9- 9.30am, 8.30-9 is a quite early. The double bed was quite uncomfortable and needs changing. Overall this B&B...

In response to this review, we now no longer take dogs as it is so difficult to get a carpet completely doghairless in between room changes. The house is 170 years old - decoration is kept to a adequate standard. If one is used to living in a new modern house, the standard of decoration is completely different to living...

Having just stayed at this B&B, just have to say we stayed for three nights and were more than satisfied with our accomodation. A very friendly welcome and all the information on the area we needed was available. The veiws are fantastic looking as the name suggests over Newlyn harbour. We will be sure to be back again when we...

Greeted by an old lady who took us to the wrong room first. When we got to our room we could not believe how grotty it was. There was no toilet in the room & the shower cubicle was almost touching the bed & very mouldy & grubby. Also white hair over the carpet , pet hair I would imagine . Coming...

This young man of Spanish origin was within one inch of being requested to leave before he had been there 30 minutes due to his unbelievably rude behaviour. His much older female partner stepped in in time - she had booked the accommodation and paid for it up front on the telephone - I gave them a receipt for the...

I smelt a rat when the male asked on behalf of his partner what the continental breakfast consisted of. It actually consists of 8 varieties of fresh fruit, prunes, grapefruit, 10 varieties of cerial, brown or white toast (as much as you want), I offered them cheese or eggs, greek yoghurt (plain or flavoured), other fruit yoghurts, honey, jams and...
