I fond this property at makemytrip at reasonable price. Rooms were big and comfortable. Room service should be improved as it was much slow. Food ordered was tasty and also there were many good restaurants nearby. The surrounding area was a bit polluted and should be clean. Hence recommended only for overnight stay.

Booked this hotel finally after I find it pop in both MMT & Goibibo recommendations . Well here we go Booked standard AC room at 870₹ + GST + convenience fees(sic) charged by Goibibo The room was big enough but facing roads n pollution which we badly wanted to escape Staff is courteous, willing to help They (manager Sanjay Pawar)even recharged our TV set instantly when they found its not working. The bell Boys went out in markets to bring us coffee & fruits instantly at our request. WiFi is decent speed enough for office mails n browsing. disappointing part was that no charging points were available near the bed or sitting couch (the ever eager staff provided us extension board. 2.Latur is Maharashtra drought ridden water scarce area & owners have installed solar water heater which requires to waste more than a bucket of water to let hot water come through. 3. Since no geyser hot water available in mornings only. 4. No hangers or hanging rod in ward robe in Deluxe room.( friendly staff instantly provides the hangers atleast) This is my day 1 experience will keep posted.. …

Udayshree hotel is good option for short stay of 1 or 2 nights. This is the budget hotel having Ac and Non-AC rooms. Rooms are specious. It also provides facilities like, room service, restaurant, Bar, hot-cold water. The location of hotel is also easily accessible as it is situated in the heart of the city near Shivaji statue square. But the negative point for this hotel is that it is not suitable for stay of family. It is good for stay with friends or solo.
