We stayed in one of the cabanas at Arrecifes for one night during our roundtrip in Colombia with our three children aged 7, 5 and 3. The location is unique, but somewhat hard to get to. We were dropped at the 'parqueador' by our transportation and took horses to go up to Arrecifes. We were somewhat disappointed at how friendly...

We just left the Ecohabs in Tayrona and while absolutely beautiful the price is insane and not worth it. The Ecohabs are gorgeous but there are no swimming beaches anywhere nearby--- it is an hour and a half plus hike to get to the nearest swimming beach. The restaurant on the property is mediocre. When paying over $300 a night...

In general This is not a 5 star hotel (even though they price it like one!). There is no aircon anywhere in the establishment and don’t expect swift service. If you are not Spanish speaking you might have some problems, since none of the staff speak a single word English. Pros Location and setting. This is the resorts prime advantage....

I stayed in the eco-habs for 2 nights and so glad that we did! The cabins themselves are lovely with an outdoor area with hammocks at the bottom and then the bedroom upstairs. It was very hot and humid during our trip and there's no air con (there is a fan but don't expect it to ever be 'cool'!), but...

2 English girls - we did the hike up to Cabo San Juan after hearing that the views were not to be missed. The hike up through tayrona park is beautiful and only took us 1.5hours. The beach was also amazing as told, however very overcrowded which took away from the paradise feel and therefore made the place feel over...

Really great spot for relaxing and unplugging from civilazation. They have wifi don't freak out! however you are surrounded by so much nature, the views are beautiful and the huts are perfect. Even though we went as a couple I am sure this place can be great with a group of friends as well. It's a hike from the park...

Stayed here and it was great . The view and the sounds of the ocean were amazing. My hut was #11 and the view was excellent . The higher up the hill the better your view. Spent daytime hiking along the beach. Food was great in the restaurant and the staff friendly. A great place to spend time and to...

We were on a three week tour of Colombia with a Canadian small group tour company and stayed here one night. We arrived at night and were very pleased we had room one as it was dark and the lighting isn't good. We had dinner here and it was quite good. A few of us usually share a bottle of...

We'd booked two nights stay here to end our 10 day holiday. Leading up to this we'd trekked 4 days to Ciudad Perdida and stayed 2 nights in Santa Marta and 2 nights in tents at Cabo san Juan. I was so looking forward to ending the holiday in a little bit of luxury and it did not disappoint. Although...

A beautiful place on a small bay overlooking the Caribbean. Individual cabanas requiring quite a walk to reach on paths not that well lit. Bathrooms are outside and downstairs which can be a bit public and dodgy late at night, and our room was quite small without facilities for bags, hanging etc. Some of the staff are not as welcoming...
