Very clean hotel with a mix of rooms from basic twin rooms to executive double rooms. I moved to the 3rd floor as I found those on the second to be very noisy. Nice cafe on second floor with a good breakfast. Full range of TV channels.

I thought the staff at this hotel were very unhelpful and not very interested in helping out. It seemed a big effort on their part to do anything. So unusual in Indonesia where Hotel staff are generally very helpful and friendly.

At present, Calista Beach Hotel is the best hotel in Bau Bau. Clean, good service and a central location make it by far the best place for a stay in Bau Bau. The only noticeable problem is the lack of toilet paper in the rooms.
