This was our 4th visit to Bali. We also lived in Indonesia for over 1 year, so we think we have reasonable expectations about levels of acceptability. The surrounding local area is of limited interest. On the main road there are very few shops, restaurants or sights in walking distance to attract a family. The beach is very dirty &...

We went to this hotel and were shocked at how run down and isolated it was. I won't go over to much details but the food and the lack of communication from staff was quite bad. If you are a young backpacker on a budget and looking for something really cheap this might be the place for you. Otherwise we...

We booked agoda this terryfying hotel. Go there and check the place. Just awful. No customers and area and hotel really need renovations. Maybe nice place 15 years ago. Not any more. Also very far from the center of city.

I don't usually bother to comment, but this place needs a bit of a warning issued. This hotel is a bit like the movie. The staff are willing, but poorly trained. The rooms are clean, but poorly maintained. We can listen to the neighbours in the room next door comfortably so there is a distinct lack of privacy. If I...

I returned again to this oasis in North Bali. Everything was great. Like a home coming. Love the location. Love the fact there are no phones or TV in the room. Had lots of massage and watched amazing sunsets every evening with a cocktail. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a tropical Bali holiday

I really enjoyed my stay at Bali grand sunsets, so much so that instead of staying 3 nights I ended up staying 7. The view you get from all the rooms is worth every penny, the sunsets are truly magical and all you can hear at night is the waves. The hotel itself its very brightly decorated, I think me...

Right on the water where you can hear the small surf roll in and out, bird singing. Rooms were simple, clean, and fine for my stay as I was out and about most of the time. Only complaint with the rooms would be the poor lighting, but during the day time it was fine. The part that is really special...

I like to start positive and the sunsets were beautiful, and the tour I organised myself to the waterfalls was fablous. However I could not recomend this place to anyone. Some on the rooms smelled and had mould on the walls, food was terrible and we had to fight to get the tours arranged that were included with our voucher....

My boyfriend and I chose Bali Grand Sunsets through Interval International and were attracted by it's rustic Balinese charm - we were definitely not disappointed. Upon arrival we were greeted by the warm hotel manager Monica, who made the hotel feel like home, in fact all the staff did. You are constantly greeted by smiles, helpfulness and not to mention...

I was in Lovina and looking for a beachfront hotel. I walked into Bali Grand Sunsets Resort and found a gem. The staff were friendly and the rooms VERY clean. I spent one of best weeks in Bali at this place. Took a great tour up into the mountains with the hotel driver. What great views. Sunset drink is the...
