Thou neatly kept i didnt like how small some of the rooms were Nice location , Big parking lot , Food good , Friendly people at the desk Knowledge of what they had in their business another spot if you just passing though

Stayed here for 1mth.. the service is great and the housekeeping is friendly. Front desk is fantastic! Bless up Ken and Sash!!! This is my place everytime i stay in portmore. Ming and Marcia innthe kitchen are friendly and can cook a boss Akcee and salfish... lawd i miss it! Neway see you SOON. CASANOVA XOXO FLUFFI

Nice for a short stay very busy at night. But I enjoyed the stay and the food was very good. NO Blankets just sheets but in all clean. I never had any issues with the staff. When I called they came. I love that its by the ocean and that people are friendly. You need transportation though. If you have...

I stayed here for a few days. It was clean enough however the wifi was not working and nobody came to repair it. The tv cable stopped working and nobody repaired that either. The rooms were very basic. There were no blankets available, just sheets. The hotel was pretty deserted. They call you at 5am for payment which is ridiculous....

Depending on your situation be carefull staying here. It is ok for one night but more could ruin your trip. Location is pretty good. Theres no wifi, no microwave, no house keeping; you have to go to front to use microwave n ask for towels and tissue. Staff will knock door whenever time they feel; 10 @ night or 6am....

First and for most i want to give knodos to the staff that work at this hotel.... they do an excellent job, for the last four years i have been taking my vaction in jamaica and i stay at this hotel every year i recently got married me and my husband have a relaxing time i would never stay anywhere...

My husband and I checked in on Monday May 27/2013 until June 6/2013. I came from Canada as soon as we got here it felt like a home away from home. The service was loving and welcoming; anything my husband and i had issues with and spoke to the workers or manager it was dealt with. I would come back...

My hubby and I checkd in late as we werent too sure if we'd like it but the service was warm and friendly and the room was quiet comfy. we enjoyed every moment(except he was hoping tht they'd have a little love seat).Overall I think its worth the rate. P.S: this is where we'll be coming back for a longer...

I'm Lisa I stay at this hotel from February 12 to the 21/2013 an I must say the hospitality was very good. I stay in the king room an let me tell you it was very nice mine due its not a resort but if you looking for a place to sleep an take shower that's the place it's nice...

for what you pay for i think it is ok ...i was there in on 8/14/2011 and de hotel caught fire and the staff was slow expecet for de maintance man was very good...he made sure everyone got out safe and he even did better than de jamaican fire department which need better equiment and training...hotel is cool i will...
