Railay Village Resort & Spa October 29 to November 3, 2016 when staying here do yourself a favor and arrive / depart first class. Make arrangements to take the Hotel Long-tail Boat to the East Railay Pier, where a bellman will meet you to take you this restort, it’s a short walk , -10 minutes - you will enjoy it....

Railay beach is a busy place, lots of long tail boats coming in and out all day. The scenery is spectacular and the beach is good despite all the people and boats. There are lots of restaurant options within walking distance, which is a big plus, although there is a similararity to most of the food. Plenty of fresh juices,...

Location good with easy access to beach which can get busy with day trippers so good to have choice of 2x well maintained pools to alternate with beach. Room very spacious and great to have spa bath and great views of own garden, pool and limestone kaarst in the distance. Attention to detail from housekeeping staff light on with requests...

The hotel is far from the level of comfort I am used. The sheets and the bed are not good. Service is just regular. SPA is closed. Reception is not organized. The breakfast is just OK and we did not like the set menu dinner

Very popular beach , unique landscape .. maybe a little too popular ! A nice large beach with a healthy sized crowd . You won't get that peaceful beach vibe with the mass crowds and the endless noise of long tail boats dropping more people off but the scenery is quite spectacular , worth a visit but I wouldn't stay...

Railay Village Resort is located centrally on West Railay Beach and therefore in the middle of all the busyness of tourists and boats coming and going - so depending on what you are looking for, could be bad or good. The hotel itself is attractive if older but well kept. Despite its central location it does manage to provide a...

We booked Railay Village Resort for New Year on the last leg of our trip. The price was quite expensive but we were willing to pay for a good location and to stay on Railay Beach for New Year. The resort is set in beautiful grounds away from the crowded beach, and has all of the facilities you would expect....

If your budget allows, I would recommend staying on the west side of Railay because that's where the beach is located. (The east side is also flanked by water, but there's no usable beach.) Railay Village was a solid option in Railay West with air conditioned villas, two pools, and a substantial breakfast buffet (complete with an omelette station!) **One...

One of three resorts here. A little expensive but this is the high season. It was not crowded, though. The staff are quite nice but the English is limited. The rooms are pleasant if a little dark, the pools are nice, and the restaurant is serviceable if somewhat boring. Room service was adequate though not what we would have expected...

nice but two wrong things: No alcohol on sale on site because the honor is Muslim . there is no mention anywhere on any web side! you must and can bring your own or buy it locally if you like poor quality alcohol or wine. fresh fruit juice or espresso are not included in the breakfast you must pay extra...
