This was such a lovely hotel, nestled away from the hustle and bustle on the main street. The rooms were lovely sixed, warm showers and a bath (the first time I had seen a bath in Thailand). Staff were helpful and friendly, service was great...More
Clean and inexpensive hotel in the silent and cozy place of eastern Railay. Cheap and various brekfast. Recommend the bungalows with air condition near the pool. Not far from main promenade. Nothing better for this price.
I dont know If i even think this hotel is worth any stars at all ..
the Guy i meet on the entrece to the hotel was sick and spitting all over the place and coughing right at My face really nasty ..
Arriving into Railay, we chose Diamond Cave due to the bargain price they're asking per night.
Initially we booked 2 nights but we fell in love with the resort, area and bay which resulted in us booking an extra 2 nights as well.
Avbsolute utter, utter dogsh*it breakfast service today. Ordered an american breakfast, had the coffee and juice included. Waited for 40min for someone bringing me menu again asking "would you like to order some breakfast?"

That isn't at all surprising - the resort doesn't put much emphasis at all on guest relations. You will almost certainly be able to find a taxi to take you to the Ao Nammao pier (I'm almost certain this is the correct pier) from the airport. If you want to go even cheaper, take a 'SongTaeow' converted pickup truck. Once you land on Railay, you will need to walk to the hotel, but it isn't far - just turn right down the beach, and follow the path pretty much until the end.
Don't expect too much from this place.
