The good things: The best thing about this hotel is the location, in Railay West beach right next to the Walking Street. The hotel is beautiful, nice little bungalow rooms surrounded by green. The breakfast has a pretty decent variety and good quality food. The Wi-Fi works all the time even though we stayed at a room far from the...

A quite and well organized place, big room with all the confort, good wifi connection for free, good meals at the resort restaurant by the nice beach of Railay West! Choose bungalow or little villa's room, maybe the room will be far from the reception and the beach, but closer to Railay Est and the best beach...

We booked this hotel after visiting Railay on a day trip on our last visit to Thailand. We didn't take much notice at the time of the hotels on the beach we were just amazed at the location. So as we were booking 5* for the rest of are holiday we thought we would go for a lower rating hotel...

We arrived at check-in an hour early, our room was ready and all was done extremely swiftly. The hotel has access to all 3 beaches on Railay.. Situated on west beach. Breakfast was buffet style, be aware the hotel is run by Muslims no pork. Chicken sausage didn't sit right with me.. That aside I still managed to get a...

Ups: Hotel is bases by the sea, which is great. It has 2 swiming pools. Has a restaurant by the ocean. Not the best meal I had in Thailand, buy was pretty honest. Downs: shower pressure is very low. There was a fake lake near by our room, which smelled terribvery Attention: no alcohol is selled in the hotel. Not...

The good Location on the beach! It is a nice beach. Market street nearby ( a few steps away) so you can buy beer and alcohol (the hotel does not sell) Walking distance from other beaches. Not so bad The cottage we were in was a good size but needs upkeep particularly the bathroom which was outdated and not so...

This is a resort that is on the nice side of Railay Beach. It is right on the beach with a lovely pool and decent restaurant. In that sense, it is a great place to stay. All that said, this place fails miserably at being a decent hotel. It's almost laughable. Nobody who works there cares AT ALL. I'm not...

Hotel is fine for 2/3 stars. Rooms are good but soundproofing doesn't exist! We went to the Hotel restaurant the first day but the staff was so rude we never came back except for the breakfast which was fine. Beach landscape beautiful but that's all. No clear water, jellyfish, longtail boats make you feel like you're staying close to the highway....

Railay Beach is such a beautiful spot, and space is so limited, the people who run this place don't really have any incentive to improve it. The "superior" bungalow we stayed in was really disappointing. Cracked tile floors, incredibly hard and uncomfortable bed, bugs in the shower -- the whole place seems like it hasn't changed since 1975. Service was...

We weren't staying here, but decided to eat here one evening as the location is beautiful. The staff were rude.. everything was a problem or too much hassle. The food seemed ok. I had a whole fish I'd never tried before & it was baked in salt. It was ok, nothing special. However, later that evening I became ill. Very...
