We have just arrived back from our wedding at Rayavadee. It was the most magical and perfect day, thanks to Pinn and Luna. They could not do enough for us and from check in to check out they were fantastic. All the staff are incredible! The pavilions are amazing, the pool is

We loved our 7 night say at the Rayavadee. Entry level room perfect. We hardly sat outside it as it was hot and humid. Unlike some, we loved the busy beaches with the long tails coming and going. Yes, the engines are noisy and there are lots of folk on the beaches

We were visiting Krabi, Thailand for my wife’s birthday. The day before, my daughter personally walked to the Resort to book a reservation for the night. The woman at the desk confirmed a 6 pm time. My daughter asked if she need to call on the day to further confirm the

The Resort is fabulous, Pavilions are super, Restaurants and Food exeptional. Lovely infinity Swimming Pool, Great Beaches, great Staff. But!, it was spoiled by the Long tail Boats ferrying day trippers to the resort, the noise is non-stop and quite unbearable. Also there is a

We, four of us including a toddler took a private boat from Rayavadee. It covered landing on phi phi island and bamboo island, viewing maya Bay and other small islands with monkeys and birds, snorkeling at three different places with fishes and corals. Excellent snorkeling expert, 2 men for boat and other help and a wonderful lady to help with my toddler. Also provided with meal, towels, water and drinks. Great experience.

I believe a burger was about $25 Canadian. Prices are pretty outrageous. We ate lunch by the pool once but other than that, we are away from the resort. There is some great food at a place down the beach path that is literally $0.30 a meal.

They are an extra cost. However you don’t go out in a long tail boat. The resort has its own fleet of very well appointed single and twin engine speed boats. ( Bow rider configuration.) The price also includes non alcoholic drinks and food if you choose an all day tour. Fresh fruit was provided on our half day trip. Of course the boats are crewed, snorkelling equipment is provided along with all towels etc. Well worth the investment for a great day out.

The restaurants at the resort are certainly the best ones, but the nearby Walking Street has good options as well. We tried Kohinoor for Indian food and loved it, as well as Mangrove's tempura and other traditional Thai food of their menu. Just be aware of tide times at night, as going back to the hotel with high tide might be tricky, as you have to walk through the beach to go to the walking street.
