A beautifully located resort with two lovely beaches surrounded by sheer cliffs and forest. The villas are spread out in the forest so that you seem to be almost on your own (except for the monkeys), even when the resort is full.

Just arrived the hotel and need wait more than 15 minutes to arrive my pavilion. Unfortunately , a noisy renovation next to my stay. Then I need to spend another 45 minutes to change to another pavilion and the management didn’t apologise either. Sigh !

The grounds are gorgeous, the staff is helpful and kind. The food is delicious, if a bit pricey (by Thai standards. They are more than reasonable by any other metric.)
The breakfast buffet is light years beyond what I expect from a hotel.

Why would you want to go to a gym in such a lovely resort! I did see a section of the gym looked very nice. but never bothered as there were much much more. go for a jog really in the morning on the beautiful beach. have a light breakfast go rock climbing. or get yourself a kayak and go kayaking.or grab snorkels and go snorkeling.... So much more to do mate don't lock yourself in a gym in a lovely place.skip that leg day for just a week 😉
