The hotel was very well located and the room spotless. It did not have a restaurant in a small village that was poorly served by restaurants however we had a great tapas in a bar just up the street - sorry did not note the name. Soundproofing between rooms was poor as was the breakfast - certainly not worth the €6 per person.

I'm a rather frequent business traveler and I'm always a little concerned when I have to stay at a small hotel. You just never know what you get, well this is one of those places that will pleasantly surprise. The city is amazing - a small medieval village set on a lazy curving river and this hotel is right in the middle of it making you less than 5 mins walk from most everything in the village.

While I didn't really figure out the Picasso connection for the city, there is a Picasso Museum which I unfortunately didn't make it into, but looks cool. The is a little place for Tapas effectively across the street on the corner which makes for a nice stop to take in the community culture.

The staff is most helpful and the facilities are immaculate. While no wireless, the hotel does have wired access and all the standard amenities one would expect.

This hotel has a great location in the medieval section of town. It is very clean and pleasant, with comfortable common areas. Breakfast is served from 8 to 11. No refrigerator or A/C, but it has a fitness center.

We came across this hotel by accident, what a lucky accident. The hotel is so clean, modern and very comfortable, the owners made us so welcome. The only thing I would say is that the breakfast was a bit disappointing for 6 euro we got 2 very small slices of toasted french bread, 2 very small cakes, coffee & orange juice, we were not asked if we wanted anymore, we could have done with some fruit or yogurt. The hotel is situated in a beautiful village.

I regularly drive from Southern Spain to England and back and always plot my journey with an over night stop at this hotel. Always spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed with oak floors and lovely bathrooms. It is a gem of a location, walking out of the hotel into a medieval street. There can not be many places where you can walk around the 11th century castle walls without seeing a single tourist.

Absolutely delightful. I will continue to return.
