Sue and Sophie are the most charming hosts of this quintessential English Manor house. Farmhouse it is most definitely not. Really lovely atmosphere. Beds are so comfortable and every room is individually decorated and suit the house. Breakfasts are delicious and Sue makes everyone welcome. Teas are available in the garden and Sue helps to arrange taxis suppers out etc. Ruby their dog is an...More

The farmhouse is within the grounds of Sissinghurst Castle so it is easy to just wander up the drive and look around both the castle and the grounds. For local tours I am sure that if you contact Sue at the farmhouse she... More

We walked to The Milk House - but It was the summer! We had a taxi to and from the rail station though, and Sue gave us their number, so contacting her would be a good idea. I'm sure you will have a lovely time.
