We stayed for five nights as part of a motorcycle tour, hotel is a family run concern, some speak English but they all make an effort to ensure good service. The breakfast is continental , but they did provide bacon and eggs, the evening meals can be a little rustic if you have the meal of the day. Overall the...

We only stayed one night due to some problems with our Motorhome. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Some of the staff speak English. The hotel itself is an impressive looking building from the outside. Inside could be deemed to look a little dated but we felt that it was fitting for the area. The rooms were large and...

Good standard hotel situated not so far from the Picos de Europe. A nice walk brings you to the small town of Potes and the people were very friendly. Clean and spacious room, good breakfast.. The pool could have been better!! Not possible to use it! That's a pitty!

A very good standard of hotel situated on the main road into Potes which was a 20 minute easy walk. The rooms were clean and spacious there was a lift to all floors. We had scenic view from our room window and a good breakfast. A good place to stay for the night before the Santander ferry which was about...

We stayed for 3 nights in Aug 2013 on B&B basis in standard room at the front of the hotel. We'd booked the hotel some time in advance purely because it had a pool and was close to Potes - at the time, the few reviews on TpA were mixed so we arrived with trepidation. However, we were pleasantly surprised....

This is a very nice hotel in the Picos De Europa mountains. It is a little way out of town. A 15 mine walk gets you to Potes. However you don't need to stay far from this welcoming hotel. The family welcome you when you arrive, when you come back from a day out. The bar is homely with the...

When you arrive, you are nicely welcome by one of the family members of this family run hotel near Potes. I was a bit surprised to find it a bit far from the lovely center of Potes, it s about 15 minutes walk near a busy road. (Not a nice walk) It looks good from the outside but unfortunately it...

We stayed at the Infantado for a week at the end of July and were very impressed - we've stayed in 4 star hotels on package holidays before but the Infantado was the first ever hotel to manage to give us a double bed, plus the bedroom was very spacious. The Infantado is family-owned and all the staff were very...

I took a party of about 20 walkers there in May, staying 4 nights half board. Many of the party commented that they considered it extremely good value, both with regard to the standard of the rooms and the quality of the food. The menu del dia had three choices for each course and was different each night. I had...
