Old but better than other hotels in Malaybalay, clean with hot water ref and wifi. it is only about P7 ride to Gaisano and the city center. One of the best resto in Malaybalay considewring there are only very few mostly are fastfoods and canteens.

The time I had to accomplish my task at Malaybalay (3 1/2 hrs) pales in comparison to the time it took me to get there from Ozamiz City and back (8 hours one way due to road-widening in mountainous Bukidnon). I was just dead-tired after I finished at around 6 pm. My hosts booked me at Malibu Haus for the...

We stayed in Haus Malibu for 5 days and it was okay., the room is average , the shower, the toilet was broke and they hade to send someone to pump it.The restaurant didn't have good food and way overpriced. I ordered fries and they gave me a small plate of fries for the amount of 110 + pesos.I should...

If you need a short place to stay, then this is a good place. Amenities are ok: clean towels, no shampoo, bathroom needs thorough cleaning, spacious rooms. Stayed in a room beside a basketball court. Not too noisy but not quiet either. Breakfast is NOT included in the standard rooms, only in the suites. This we learned belatedly after having...

As good as Pine Hills Hotel but more quiet and half the price. Clean, good service, hot shower, good aircon, no complaints at all. It is an older place and a little shabby but no worries there, it's spotlessly clean. Don't always rely on eating at the resto as it is regularly booked for weddings, functions etc. Will definitely stay...

I have been a frequent traveller of Malaybalay, Bukidnon due to the nature of my work. I stayed in two hotels during my visits in the city, namely: Haus Malibu and Pines Hotel. I highly recommend that you stay in House Malibu because it was more cheaper; definitely bigger rooms; more cleaner; friendly staff; silent place; with bathtubs; bigger TV;...

I live in the US and am very particular when it comes to selecting a hotel abroad. However, I give this place my thumbs up. The hotel is very clean, quiet, affordable, and conveniently located within the city. I found the hotel's staff to be very professional and helpful. Multiple times I had family group of about 20 people visit...
