This hotel was great. The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful in every way. Stayed here for one week, arrived at 6 am though check in isn't until 3 but they were able to accommodate us and serve us breakfast. The trip alongside this hotel couldn't have been better.
The hotel was adequate for our needs and satisfied the requirement for parking. The room was fine...nothing special. But I have this nagging regret that we did not stay out on the island instead of having to walk the three blocks and then across the causeway to get there. Next time we'll just stay on the island. Otherwise, though, the room was neat and clean, and priced fairly (if maybe just a bit high). Probably would not stay here again, just because there are likely comparable options available out on the island.
I spent one night at this hotel, which is located at the foot of the causeway to Flores. I didn't mind the lack of a window so much as it did cut down on the street noise from all the tuk-tuks. There was a decent breakfast provided, and the bar was most welcoming.
My partner and I stayed for one night before setting off for Tikal. The staff were super helpful and friendly and breakfast was delicious. The courtyard is really pretty, and our room was very quiet so we had a good nights rest.
This place is very close of everything and the staff is just fantastic and always smiling. They have a restaurant in the hotel and the prices are fair. Make sure when your reservati0on is ready you will get the right amount of bed and sizes. Especially if you use booking.com since we had a single bed for 2 of us first night. After paying a difference we got proper beds.
