Bad customer service in the reception. Don't expect a smile or good service from the reception. Restaurant service and room service is good. Rooms are good, decorated and comfortable, Out of city Parking has a little conjunction

The hotel is just opposite to new bus stand, value for money. Good service with economic price and clean. Also has a vegetarian restaurant at the ground floor named umashankar. Free wifi and transporation facilities to move around.

Very good. We stayed in standard room. Room was very spacious . Room was very neat and clean.bathroom had all facilities. Dryer and plug point . Towels and toiletries were given. We were 3 adults and we had booked with extra bed. Room service was quick and responsive. Mr. Nagarjan at desk helped us well. We wanted early check in and the hotel does not allow early check in if booked online. So we booked directly through phone call. The fare difference is minimal between offline and online booking. The bed is king size bed and is enough for a couple and a small kid. Extra bedsheet and pillow were given to us on request.i will rate 5/5 for room nad service given to us. It is not near to station but near to new bus stand but not walkable distance

Room allotted was not proper hotel room. They gave fourth floor room, very isolated. Near banquet hall used by bride-groom for functions. Not proper room. Outside room very dirty, not clean. No toiletries provided. No towel. No soap. No bathmat. House keeping not responding. Rude front desk staff - saying this is what is provided for online booking. They say we should book directly at hotel. Why online booking treated like this?

This hotel is just opposite to New Bus stand Palayamkottai, offers very nice rooms and lovely king-size beds, centralised A/C, lovely from outside and in inside. We had a great sleep after an exacting day. Vegetarian restaurant is attached with this. Filter coffee is awesome. Main Food items are very good but side dishes are quite ordinary. Strongly recommended for a peaceful stay

A decent hotel in a very busy traffic clogged place..
We stayed here for two nights from April 11th to April 12th 2022, to cover historic place and temples around Tirunelveli and Kanyakumari as a part of our road trip....A nice, clean hotel offering pleasant surprise
Good side:
- Great customer service
- Rooms are good sized and offer clean and quiet facility
- Provide kettle inside the room..we could make coffee before early AM departure with our own condiments (not provided by the hotel)
- Covered parking for your own car
- WiFi services (limited by constraints)
- Restaurant attached...decent food
Not so good side:
- Can provide service with a "smile"
- Washrooms need better maintenance
- Small sized washroom makes it uncomfortable to use
- Locker operation cumbersome....not an easy one as i have seen in many hotels....did not work properly, even after staff helped in the operation

I booked a room in Sri Ram Hotel thinking that it is a 3-star Hotel. Please note, it is NOT a Star Hotel.
It is located opposite the town bus stand.
The room is spacious and decent. They have provided ample shelves and furniture to keep our luggage and things. Lighting is good. Bed is comfortable, but very soft. Ambiance is nice. A 32 inch Haier TV, Tatasky connection and a safe is available. Several plug points for charging are provided.
However :
1. Please note this is not a 3 star hotel.
2. There is NO complimentary breakfast, despite charging more than Rs.2600 for a room. Shocking. The food tastes just average. It is not worth the high price they charge for each item.
3. There is an electric kettle in the room, but they don't provide the tea bags, milk powder sachets, etc. This is surprising. They charge more than Rs. 2600. Why not provide these sachets which will cost less than Rs.20 ? Very stingy.
4. Bathroom is small and cramped. Mirror is very old and dirty. It takes a long time for hot water to begin to come in the tap.
5. Very few complimentaries in bathroom. Only one soap for toilet and 2 small bottles with nothing written on them. So I don't know what they were. NO soap in bathroom. No tissue paper or toilet paper.
6. Since this is NOT a 3 star hotel, the only amenity they provide is WiFi.
7. Nice table and chair. But NO writing pad or pen. Again stinginess.
8. The reception staff don't smile or make you feel welcome. They have no enthusiasm. The just mechanically do their duty.
9. Now the MOST shocking part. I checked out the next day at 6 pm. The full day my room was NOT cleaned. The bed was not made, the towels were not changed, drinking water was not refilled. When I complained at the reception, they said that had I stayed the night, they would have cleaned my room. Now this is unbelievable and absolute nonsense. Never heard such a statement in any of the dozens of hotels I have stayed in. Height of bad service and stinginess.
My Advice : In the vicinity of the bus stand there are many hotels. Go there. Avoid Sri Ram Hotel. This hotel believes in counting each paisa of their profits, rather than make their guests happy.

Dear Sir, Thanks for your Feedback .We value your opinion .The room you stayed was booked & paid by your local representative who had visited & verified all amenities and confirmed it. Hence we are shocked to see your inappropriate complaint. Moreover the amount paid was only RS 1568 & not 2600. Request you to check this with your representative. We provided you a clean room during check in & room cleaning for 24 hours Check out is done only if customer request s. We never received any such request from you till check out. As a customer expecting everything free is an attitude. We have a lot of positive reviews, returning & reference able customers. We request you not to post any false negative reviews with a defaming Motive. Thanks for stay with us.

Cons: 1. The room sensor door was not locking properly.
2: Centralized AC was not working properly.
3: Instant Geaser provided was of a smaller capacity due to which only 1/4 bucket of water was available at once.
4: Their restaurant was bad in terms food and taste of the food.
5: Only north Indian and malayalam channels where available.
Suggestions:
1: for TV kindly provide other regional language channels.
2: Food taste can be made better
I felt i didn't get the value in return for the price that i paid for it.

Room is are Good. Maintenance are beyond great. Having Veg restaurant in ground floor. Located just opposite to Main Bus stand which is easily accessible. Great for accommodation. Facilities are good. They doesn't come behind you for tip while you vacate.
