Nothing is available. They will fool you with advance booking and once you come to visit to stay and found nothing is there,they will not let your money refund. They will charge 1st night charge. Zero amenities including no restaurant and it's not in front of beach.

Stayed between 27th to 30th December 2019. Got a real steal deal on Booking.com, and then realized that this hotel is going strong only due to the Internet. It was obviously built with a lot of care and vision, and is indeed a vast and good looking property with great potential. But apparently poor management is ruining it all. The so called reception staff double up as cleaners/watchmen/errand boys. There is no restaurant or kitchen. Even a cup of tea will be brought from outside of of course for extra charge. The staff appear to be semi literates who do not know how to run a hotel or deal with customers. I could go on but...Ahh! Probably the low prices will continue to draw guests here as long as the Net lives. This hotel could have been so much more. Perhaps some one will one day invest some real money in this one, this place actually deserves better management. Go only if you have a real tight budget.…

Staffs are very good in manners,5 min walking distance from sea.Room and decoration good but infrastructure of building is not good in present due to non maintenance by management.It would be the no one hotel at Mandarmani if it is completed by management.

The hotel is in a pathetic condition nothing works. Either the AC nor the hotel room are clean . the bathroom are whole untidy and not at all hygienic. Seriously it is not a worth staying in uch a property. Would never recommend to my friend ad family.....

The hotel stay was good, specially the rooms was huge & the air conditioner worked fine despite of so much of power cuts, the room service was nice & the staffs was co-operative. Worth the price!!! Cons- No in house kitchen service was there but the hotel provides room service if you order food from outside.

this hotel is a very good option to stay while visiting mandarmoni . its just 2 mins walk from the beach . very clean and extremely spacious rooms. even standard non-ac rooms had huge space including 2 balconies . hotels staffs had a very warm hospitality . even though they dont have restaurant in the hotel there are many eateries nearby which serve authentic bengali food with extremely fresh fishes , chinese food etc. i had an amazing experience staying here . would recommend it for every kind of travellers.

Big hotel. Nice stay. Big spacious rooms. Helpful staff. 5mins walk to sea beach. A restaurant inside the hotel would've been nice. A hotel with this kind of spacious room and service is outstanding. The boys working there are really helpful.

Nothing really to talk about this place. Except a big complex spacious rooms and proximity to beach and market there is nothing to be positive about this place. A terrible place to stay in honesty. There was no hot water supply in one of the rooms and notginf was done about it. No restaurant and no room service was given due to peak period. Only 1 blanket provided per room despite requesting for 2. Imagine sleeping in 1 blanket with a friend if ur travelling with them. There were tonnes of flies in the room and no one could do anything about it. They change the linen only once in 3 days. There is no place for drivers to go to toilet and we need to buy a room for them if they want to sleep. The staff was the only slight saving grace who helped as far as they could. The property is huge with tremendous capability but the stay is not worth it. My suggestion would be to avoid mandarmani itself if you go as a family as you would only see drunk and libido filled folks there. Its a hell for veggies and avoid staying here altogether.…

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking time out for your feedback and reviewing us positively on our spacious rooms and proximity to the beach and market area. We have working geysers in each room. Room service was provided to you. It was your birthday on 25/12/2017, where we went out of our way to make it a memorable day by organizing a cake, and etc. Linen does change once in 2 days (being environmentally friendly) and your visit was for 2 nights only, not three. Driver's accommodation comes at a nominal rate of Rs.300/night where the driver can use the room and facilities that come along with it. Mandarmani is a tourist attraction - a place where everyone loves to visit.
