The property is just 200 meters from the beach. Though its a seven year old property, its clean and hygienic. The staff are very helpful and customer friendly. Abhijith and Arvind at the front office will ensure you have a great experience. We went to sundowners roof top restaurant. They went out of the way to serve authentic Bengali food as my father can't walk much to the restaurant which serves food. `The food is of great quality. Biswajit and Sahadeb from Sundowner, ensured great service with a smile....The Buffet breakfast has great variety for Indians and foreigners alike...

This is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in Mandarmani. Staffs are very courteous and always ready to help. Rooms and alleyways are neat and clean. Swimming pool and Gardens are clean and well maintained. Mr. Sanjay from food department really helped us with our Baby food preparation. Must try pizza from rooftop lounge and continental food is just mouth watering from roof top lounge. Thank you Viceroy team for such a nice stay.will visit again with more friends and family members.

I am staying 2 time.room was good . Big room. cleaning. House keeping sarvice very good. Staff are well trained. Food is Hygienically prepared & very tasty. It's home away from home. Sea beach 1 minutes walking distance.

It was a very nice stay. Rooms were clean, food specially Italian food was superb. Staff were very helpful. Mr. Sailendra and Mr. Abhijjeet both were very polite and helpful. Will love to visit again and again.

I took my 1.5 yr old with me. We could view the sea from the balcony. The food was palatable. They even served specially cooked food for my child, on request. The service was pleasant. However, what I found disappointing, was the room. The room wasn't well maintained. The door lock didnt work well. The AC was not working properly too. Warm water supply wasnt adequate from the geyser. These little things can be taken care of for a perfect stay of the visitors.

Had gone with my family during May'22, loved the rooms and the pool. Second Floor Premium Rooms are sea facing. The food was also good, but buffet lunch & dinner can have more menu. The service was also upto the mark. The staffs were polite. The ambience at night time was also great. Pool side "Firangi Paani" is of great idea. It's just 1 minute walk to the beach.

This resort is categorised as three star but it is charging five star price. The first drawback is that the reception area does not have AC. We had to wait one hour for our car after check out and we were sweating in hot and humid weather. They should arrange at least one pedestral fan in such weather condition. The TV was not working as recharge is not done. There was no fridge in the room( as most of this category hotel provides mini fridge) . The electric kettle was too difficult to use. Many bathroom fittings are broken and seems not replaced for long time. Intercom was also not working. The only well maintained area is swimming pool.

Swimming pool is very clean and well maintained. Pool staff knows what we need. Fully satisfied service. Clean room's. Tasty food. Made as per our requirement. This time we also got a lift and laundry service . New mocktails in in pool menu has been added. Many many thanks to the entire Viceroy team to make our holiday memorable .

We stayed at the resort as a family ( incl. 2 year old baby ). In Royale room with fantastic view of the pool. Plenty of space for the baby to play. We also took our baby to the baby pool. Very clean and food areas were being sanitazied reqularly . It felt safe at the resort . Kitchen helped us to make baby food as per our requirement. Very helpful staff. Always ready to fulful our needs. In- house Laundry service available
