You get the advantages of Oyo Rooms. Food is not bad but service was horrible. Even when it was not full. Hotel staff is helpful. Rooms are clean enough. You can definitely give it a shot. The upcoming biswa Bangla Park is nearby.

Hi, The place is cool and quite spacious. The staffs are nice and well behaved. The manager, cook, cleaner everyone is so helpful. Only thing I feel the cleanliness and turn around time of service could have been better. However, the crew are doing the best within the limitation they have. In case you are not looking for 5 star service quality and little tolerant - this place is nice and enjoyable. With little speedy response this place could be awesome. The food is available and tasty while comparing to local standard. I enjoyed my stay due to helpfulness of the crew.

We recently visited Mandarmani and decided to book via OYO. Had a terrible experience. Even on requesting for a family room, as we had two children, we were provided with an average sized room with one double bed. The bathroom was all wet and stinking when we entered. This was at 6pm, way beyond the check in time of 12 noon, yet room was not kept ready. There is no power in this property for 2 hrs every morning and every evening so we could not use the AC when we entered. On speaking to OYO and requesting for shifting us to another OYO property closeby, did not work. Overall misrable experience and will stay clear of OYO and this particular hotel in future.

rooms and facility is good but rent is quite high,location is pity good for this hotel,stuffs are also very helpful,i spend there 2days with family.but their foods is not enough good.we take it from outer restaurant.there are many hotel nearby.
