This property is pretty new and located on the highway Zirakpur Chandigarh highway. Very decent reception and although a three star chain hotel the hospitality was five star. Room size was adequate for a family size of three nd washroom was equipped with all amenities. Housekeeping was always upto the mark and Room service was prompt and met all our demands in a professional manner. The staff around was young and courteous. The gym was small and spa was not functional. The star of the stay was the sumptuous buffet breakfast which was served hot and covered all dishes. Overall a splendid stay and lords inn service will be remembered.

Very nice and clean and professional Hotel and staff is very Friendly and helpful. They have a nice restaurant service and in room dining facility . Bathrooms and bedrooms in the rooms are well maintained at good good standards and staff is very helpful if we need anything. The staff Tripta and Harjeet singh were very helpful during my stay and helped me checkin in and checkout on time .

Very well located and a quiet hotel very close to the airport as well, booked it before as well for my Italian friends even they had a great time, but very average managmen. I would never stay back here again and all those who want to book this property please keep a track of the crockery in your room because if anything goes missing you will be stopped at the reception until the item is found. Attaching image of the 20 rs glass which went missing from our room for which we were made to wait 20 mins at the reception and allowed to go only when the Manger said they have found the glass and by mistakenly housekeeping staff took it to the pantry instead of restaurant. Thankfully we had started early or else would have had trouble reaching the airport in time. I was travelling with senior executive of Union Bank Mumbai and the situation was very embarrassing in the end.

Very good atmosphere as well as the food and the service too. Jaimine and his colleagues were too helpful and provided delicious food along with some fun games for the pleasent atmosphere. The last of our tour was too memorable at this place. Had lots of fun.

We stayed at lords in zirakpur on 20 February were to families traveling from Delhi with kids who were looking forward to celebrating anniversary..we reached the hotel a little before 2pm and we're immediately checked in ms tripta .. treated us very well the dinner was moutharting ..
