This hotel was very cheap and pocket friendly. Hotel Blue dimond is well maintained and very good hotel. Here I stay for two times. Service was good and staff was friendly. Each room was well furnished. Food also good in taste.
Well if you’re looking out for a cheap and budget place, you can give this a try.Hotel has basic amenities and has decent rooms. We stopped here while returning back from Rajula.Had an average experience. Its centrally located and its easy to locate.
Worst customer service. We stay here for night for marriage and because we have more visiter to meet us their customer service desk person ask us why you have so many visiter this is not allowed OMG even after paying 2600 inr they restrict visiters. Even after paying 2000 inr for night plus other services they deal customer badly. Waiter staff is very bad in service. Toilate/bathroom is dirty. AC is smelling bad. Curtain inside bathroom dirty too. Don't go for this blue diomand. They are fraud.
I'd been here on a pilgrimage visit and this served as a perfect accommodation. I got a good deal and got it just a little over 1000 bucks which was totally worth it. All in all a good stay. Prompt service too!
For a visit to a small village called 'Talgajarda' which is near to Mahuva, our only option for stay was to locate a hotel in Mahuva. Google search showed two main hotels i.e. Hotel Heaven and Hotel Blue Diamond. The website of Hotel Heaven gave an impression that it was better of the two, but unfortunately it had no rooms for one of the day and hence we booked Hotel Blue Diamond for two nights. The hotel is in heart of Mahuva. The entry - access is small lane in a building - taking you straight to a lift which opens up on the 2nd floor and to the reception of the hotel. The rooms are located on the same floor (and only on that one floor is the impression that we have got). Our check in was very fast. We had selected the best room. Before we rate the hotel and the room, we have to understand that Mahuva (though it cannot be classified as a village) is a small town in Gujarat. The town does not have any major industry or tourism (best to my knowledge) and thus tourist facilities is not very developed in the area. Thus the room that we entered and what we saw and felt... did please us. We found it to be better than what we were expecting. We have travelled the world around and stayed in many hotels ranging from three stars to five stars... and in best of the cities to remotest of the areas. Thus keeping in mind the image of a small town like Mahuva, what we found was equal to or slightly better than what we were expecting. The room was fairly neat and big enough. The bed was ok. The blanket definitely needed to be covered but than we did not complain. The split AC was working noiselessly and perfectly. The bathroom needs an upgrade but it is bearable when staying for one or two nights. The hotel does not have a restaurant. They have a small pantry room which serves tea - coffee and bread / toast butter. There is a restaurant called 'Atithi' which serves standard Gujarati - Punjabi - Chinese cuisine (health conscious people need to be careful as the gujarati or punjabi vegetables will have oil floating around it in the bowls). The staff of the hotel is very cooperative. They have a driver's room for guest who come in a car and need accommodation for a driver. It is provided free of charge. In all good option in a small town if you don't have too much expectation. But you cant compare it to a three or four star city hotels .…
