I have stayed several times at this hotel when i travel for business. It is ok....a simple, budget option in Banlung with a good central location. However the bighest downsides are the bored, indifferent 'service' and the poor standards of cleanliness. As other reviews have noted the stairwells are dirty and grimey and rooms also never appear to be mopped.....floors... More

If it was cleaner it could be value for money. The rooms and staircases are not clean and are well maintained. Staff does not speak English / Khmer only and is not very helpful. They are glued to their phones using good internet. Probably they are the ones using up al the bandwidth. Rooms go for 6 usd with cold... More

Spent a few nights here recently. Rooms are basic but clean. Hot shower, fan rooms for $8. 200m to city centre. friendly and helpful staff. Basically a good all around basic and cheap place to stay that is def value for money. Will stay here again if i am ever back in Banlung.

Cheap, but not overly cheerful guesthouse in Banlung. Restaurant closed, and don't follow their advice to the "nearest" place to get some scoff! Interesting in the morning when folk are sleeping in pop up tents in the hotel reception, much to the interest of the multitude of friendly local dogs. Banlung is great, though its difficult to avoid the pretentious... More

There are two parts to the hotel: the 5 year old half and the newer, recently constructed section. If you can stay in the newer half, then do it. It's cleaner and better constructed. The air con works well and so does the hot water shower and the TV is fine. Rooms are clean for a Cambodian hotel and you... More

This hotel isn't in the guidebook but it was recommended by my Cambodian's friend's acquaintance. This hotel provided us with A/C, hot water, & cable TV. The room was relatively clean. There's no phone. Our room had a window looking out to a cement wall. This was all fine for us--We were just looking for a place to sleep at... More

“If its important, make sure your room has a hot shower. Cheapest rooms ($6) only have cold water - not great for shaving!”
