We stayed one night and were made to feel most welcomed. We were offered a pot of tea in the sitting room with Pauline and it felt more like visiting a friend than a guest. The room was spacious, bright and clean. We were given some history of Polzeath and recommended where to eat. The breakfast was delicious and freshly...

We were warmly welcomed by Ken and Pauline who were only too happy to have us- a good first impression. Our room was of a good size, warm and comfortable which is lovely at the end of a days walk! The views from the house and our room were delightful and overlooked the beach of Polzeath which was stunning, given...

I had a very lovely stay at Kens and Paulines place. They are the loveliest people ever. Their B&B is cosy and comfy. Polzeath is a nice little picturesque place directly at the coastal footpath. Great location for walkers. I will come back when ever visiting cornwall.

Pauline and Ken have been running a B&B for many years and it shows. It is always the extras that make the difference. It truly feels like you are staying at a friends house in one their extra rooms. They are welcoming, helpful and kind. And breakfast was terrific. We stayed for 2 nights while attending a wedding. The house...

This is our third time staying at Seaways with Pauline and Ken, the most gracious of hosts. As always a very warm welcome offering a much needed pot of tea on arriving. Our ground floor room was spacious, with en-suite shower with tea & coffee making facilities. Beautifully presented breakfast with home produce and locally sourced foods being provided. Nothing...

We stayed here in October for three nights. The welcome and hospitality from Pauline and Ken made our stay. We had the downstairs room which was large, comfortable with an ensuite. The breakfast was very good, including local blackberries and apple.

We had 2 nights at Seaways, and Ken and Pauline were fabulous hosts, helping us unload, find eateries and suggest local travel sites. Breakfast was great, as was Kens singing, so we swapped an Aussie cd for his choirs cd.. We would recommend Seaways to all travellers. A&G..

I have to totally disagree with the only other review of this guest house, my daughter and I stayed here in August this year and found it to be absolutely fantastic. The proprietors were lovely and the breakfast, which was as mentioned non fried with plenty of choice, was a refreshing change. My early morning swim antics were no problem...

A stale odour greets you as you walk into the hallway - indicating the place is not ventilated. There is a cosy lounge with bay window overlooking Polzeath beach. Our double room was rustically furnished with a modern en suite bathroom. The big dissappointment was the level of 'customer care' by the proprietor who made 'cheese pairing' into a fine...
