We are back at Maison Eloi Merle. Always the same, caring, attentive, excellent service from Béné and Fred, the owners! Always a pleasure to arrive there and be treated like special people! They certainly know how to make you feel "at home"! Our usual recommendation is "Highly recommended" and we put emphasis on that!

Gorgeous old house with a few extra "gites" type accommodations near spacious garden and pool with hot tub. We stayed here twice in one month, once as a rest stop on our way along the Canal du Midi on cycle (this place is very popular with cycling groups) and once again when our trip was over. The breakfasts are huge...

Four friends cycled the Canal du Midi, and we arrived Olonzac late in the evening. This was the most charming hotel, with very nice hosts and a pleasant breakfast together with the other guests in the garden!

We only stayed a night as we're cycle-touring in the area...wish that we could have stayed for longer. Very friendly and welcoming hosts in a 300 year-old house.....with pool and jacuzzi...most welcome after a day on the Canal du Midi towpath. Some very nice attention to detail in the rooms and the garden made the stay a real pleasure. Would...

Good internal surrounding, with tree park but no parking which is a risk in some southern parts of France. Good treat and attention, although a slight tendency to favor some possibly nose up styles. If you want to be part you great, if you do not want then too bad for you, you may feel lonely. But up to you...

A large old house with a great garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi (and a sauna, but it wasn't open when we got there in summer). Olonzac has nothing exceptional as a city, but Maison Eloi Merle makes it worth the trip ;-).

We stayed two nights while exploring the area on bikes. The hotel is so delightful, beautiful traditional French. our hosts were fantastic, thinking of our every need. The pool was glorious and perfect after the long hot rides. I will go back!

Where to start. Benedicte is a wonderful host. Building is so ancient and beautiful and REAL. Room decorated as if back in time. Gardens to die for. Boules court. Lots of private sitting areas. Heated pool. Large hot tub. Even an outdoor ping pong table and indoor billiards room! Also offer gites which are perfect for longer stays. Town itself...

We have stayed here 4 times in the last years. It is one of the most beautiful B&B`s we ever visited. Beautiful rooms, nice atmosphere, a very good breakfast, a wonderfull garden with a good swimming pool. We will be back here in the future.

We returned again, this time to a different newly renovated gite. We appreciated a daily swim as it was very hot in July, and sought shade pool side or in the lovely garden. Olonzac is a lively wee town and we like the quiet and privacy of the gites and gardens with the liveliness of the local bars and restaurants a...
