I was lucky enough to to stay at Highland House for 2 weeks and had the pleasure of spending some time with Don(Doug) & Jill his daughter. The rooms were great and I really enjoyed the morning Breakfasts, plus had some dinners prepared, which were also great.I would defiantly recommend and stay here again, which I hope too in the...

On our recent trip to British Columbia, we found this B&B as a welcome destination after a long day of travel. The guest rooms are very spacious and clean. Just off the highway, yet there's a relaxing and quiet atmosphere to this B&B. We'll return to this establishment again and look forward to another country morning breakfast prepared by Don....

Rooms were clean and quiet though the décor was fairly dated. However, it still has a sort of country charm that was appropriate for a ranch. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and being able to get the kids riding lessons was a highlight for them. Breakfast was pretty standard but tasty and filling.

I would have to say this is one of the best B&B I have ever been to, I go about 1-2 times a year and it's always been a great experience. Very friendly service and amazing food! Great location, beautiful scenery and very quiet and clean. The beds are comfortable and they have heated blankets. The horses on the property...

I was overcome by bronchitis when I was given directions to go to the lodge at Highland House. Don’s welcome and gracious hospitality along with the comfort of the wood-burning stove eased my weary cough-wracked body. My sense of well-being was enhanced by twittering birds who gently wakened me in the morning prior to my visit with the horses who...

For spring break this year we decided to take our two young kids to experience the beautiful BC interior. We stayed at Jill and Don's Inn because we wanted to give our boys a feel of a family house on the trip. Staying here was the best thing of this trip! The house is rustic and modern, clean and roomy,...

This was my second annual trip with a group of buddies up to Logan Lake for a hockey tournament, and it was - once again - a great weekend, consistently one of my favourites of the year. Jill was awesome, the food and experience staying there was first class. Can't wait to be back next year!

We had a great time here with Jill. The beds are comfy, the views are stunning, and the breakfast was delicious. Bonus points for the awesome electric blankets on the bed to warm us up after a long day outside.

Beautiful, peaceful location, the most hospitable, warm host one could imagine, excellent breakfast, and a large room with a comfortable bed. There were other guests when we stayed but we did not hear any noise in our room. The common lounge area is large, nicely decorated and has a large tv if the small one in your room isnt enough....

Friendly hosts. Don's breakfasts are the best!! A king size mattress which is the best we've ever slept on, and that includes The Fairmont Empress'. Quiet, comfortable, clean. Excellent in all aspects.
