Hotel is part of a mall in the bustling market place and so difficult to locate. You have to haul your bags to the lift to go up to the reception on the first floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Warmly lit spacious room. Room service was efficient. They use solar heater and so hot water availability was bit of a problem on a cold rainy day. Breakfast was decent. They have an attached restaurant, which we didn't try and so cannot comment. Thalasserry Fort is within walking distance from the hotel. Easy to get transport to move around.

Good place with restaurants. Nice food, Arabic food and local Malabar food. Easily accessible from Railway station, and National Highway. Ample parking space available. Variety of ice creams available.

For Thalasserry it is a good place for a short stay. It is located in a high shopping area and can get congested. The hotel has a restaurant which serves local and Indian specialities and tasty. Looks like it can be crowded at meal time. The room is quite comfortable. The building also has other activities like shops etc. and is like going through a small maze. The breakfast was rather meagre with south Indian menu. The car parking even though available for about 10 cars is very congested and can get difficult to find parking but after late evening it maybe possible. This is because all the people coming to this complex also use the same parking area. The staff especially at the reception are very friendly and helpful

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of times. The sleep quality and the room amenities were good. Hospitality was comforting. The Hotel offers a complimentary wi-fi and breakfast. It is located in a shopping complex in the heart of the town.

Convenient, surprisingly modern, and clean hotel at a very reasonable price. the staff was very helpfull. When airconditioning didn't work we immediately got upgraded. Close to the Fort and some restaurants.

Stayed on two occasions, the last time just for the night. We booked two rooms to spend the night as we got stuck due to a sudden strike. On arrival, the hotel offered us two suites in lieu. The room was comfortable and the AC was welcome in the heat. The breakfast is included, but you can order anything within a reasonable choice. The room had everything and we had basement parking for the car. The towels in the toilets were fluffy anf soft. Overall a great experience for a short city stay.

Stayed at the Parco Residency from 28th - 31st January 2017 to attend a wedding. Had a very smooth and comfortable experience right from the time of booking, until check-out. The room and bathroom were comfortable, neat and clean. The General Manager - Mr. Suresh Kumar Nair was all out being helpful whenever needed. Must elaborate our experience - (1) There was unexpected rains during our visit and on approaching Mr. Nair, we were instantly provided with an umbrella, and also (2) we were too late in the evening to have a Laundry service - we were instantly provided with a iron that was immediate help. Really appreciate the care and attention taken making our stay comfortable and memorable. Would also want to appreciate : 1) the Front desk always ready with a smile to help, 2) The boy at the Room service for a quick and instant service (3) The Housekeeping team who was always around with a smile. In short, we had a pleasant stay!…

We stayed there for just one night on the way cycling down south. Hotel entrance is a bit hard to find but it is definitely a good place to stay a night in Thalasseray. Had a nice and clean room and hotel staff and manager were really friendly and helpful.

I stayed with my family as part of a wedding. The rooms booked by us were deluxe but they provided us one suite and a mini suite. The rooms were very big but found to lack some upkeep. The walls had plaster coming off and the AC vents were not well covered. Maybe these are rooms not usually booked. Anyway other than these things it was ok. It's a no fuss simple hotel with good restaurant and nice amount of parking. Good if you are staying for a night or so.
