Had stayed for one night. Everything fine ,except the Air conditioner noice , was the old model which fits in window. Provides complimentary breakfast that's too nice food. Have limited parking slot only. However it's in centre of town but still quite . Good stay.

The driver took us to Hotel Paris Presidency. We ordered for vegetarian thali, biryani and chappatis. The service was quite slow, the food was ok. We had our lunch fast and started. Friends who had biryani said it was ok.

Easily approachable. Had tried the Executive room. The rooms were clean, neat and tidy. Complimentary Break-fast is provided. Bit of improvement in Customer Service would do a lot of good. Lots of options for stay in and around. Good options for dining is also available in and around the hotel. Couple of multiplex in close proximity in case you want to catch up on a movie.

I have stayed in the place during July 2017. This is in the heart of the Thalassery town. But there is less noice. The new floors are good. They are kept neat and tidy. The food is good. But they offered only veg food as their restaurant was under maintenance.

we booked rooms and they confirmed a room through email, when we reached there they said there are no rooms, there is no email in their systems and he the concierge was rude to me. He was saying, may you booked through trip advisor, go check with them! Its like he doesnt need business. do not book rooms here.

Dear Soni, We deeply regret the inconvenience caused. Please note we sent you a mail only about the room tariff. The confirmation mail is usually sent only after receiving the advance payment and email confirmation from the customer. In this case it was not done and the rooms were sold out before your confirmation. This is why the concierge was not aware of your booking. Also the person who enquired about the room and the person who came to the hotel was different so it created more confusion.

Overall it is good, we had taken 2 rooms for two family, the Room# 311 has old AC machine, you will have AC but you can't sleep as it runs like a locomotive train engine. after complaining the issue, they offered 10% discount, thought it is not big amount, we can appreciate their courtesy. so, when you book the room check these concerns and do so. The room #301 is good with split AC and spacious one. As the hotel is on the main business area and near to busstand and railway station, easy to access, walk-able to old bus stand area where you can get all sort of items and quite a few restaurants too.

I stayed with my friend in this hotel during May 2016 (Non Ac regular room 1400 Rs) It is in the middle of busy market street (Logans road). Room was clean staff was courteous The room was over looking Logans road which was good. We see pegions in and around the hotel so piegon poops some places. those are not cleaned properly. Nevertheless still the hotel was clean.

Good hotel in the middle of the town. Value for money. Helpful staff. Slightly old fashioned construction, but clean rooms and bath rooms! One horrible thing will be waiting for the guest is the thundering noise of the pump. It will start running by 5 am. But one can get out of the hotel then and have a wonderful morning walk through the old town and beech.
