This hotel was a beautiful birthday surprise from the husband. He knew I needed some relaxation and rest and this hotel offered just that and much more. We were in a junior suite which looked out over the olive groves and sea was visible in the far distance. The room was generous in terms of space, the toiletries supplied in...

We expected to have rooms in the old masseria but unfortunately the majority of rooms available for hotel guests are located in 'modernish' , 'noughties', low built structures. Some of the ground floor 'junior suites' are dark and the rooms facing the olive grove are narrow but sunny with a little terrace for 2. The luncheon buffet next to the...

I stayed her for 4 nights and was indulged with luxury, silence and beautiful buildings! Would definitely recommend as the region is amazing. The spa at Masseria San Domenico is absolutely breathtaking!

Masserias all over this area were fortressed olive fields that have been turned into hotels. This was the nicest one we saw. It is beautiful, impeccably maintained with lots of activities. The spa offered the best massage I have ever had.The food at the restaurant was delicious, the staff was very gracious and accommodating and the room was spacious and...

We stayed at Masseria San Domenico for three nights in October, at the end of a biking tour with friends. This self-contained hotel compound is wonderfully remote, tucked away in olive groves, and very much away from it all. After 30 miles on a bike, nothing could be better than landing at this splendid oasis. A hot bath and a...

We have been fortunate to have come several times. Originally this year we were not able to get in due to an event but luckily that did not happen and we were able to book. We were thrilled to be able to come here again. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. I had two great massages at the spa...

The price you pay is the typical high-end luxury price you could pay in Paris or Rome. But this place is far away from anything! The check-in procedures shows lack of "international" custom, i.e. I have been asked if I am interested in having dinner at the hotel but they even did not check before that I had already a...

A wonderful hotel set in Olives along the Adriatic coast. This is a first class hotel with beautiful grounds and wonderful food. The food staff are outstanding and housekeeping staff are invisible and Profesional. Only the front desk staff are lacking in warmth. It seems as if most of them were trained in a sterile Swiss hotel school-efficient but rather aloof. I have...

Beautiful place and staff could not be nicer. A wonderful facility. Restaurant very very good. Good place to base and travel around Pulglia. Many interesting places to see in Pulglia. Go now before it gets too crowded. It is centered so you may go in every direction to see the sight. Judy A

Stunning property, is a 5 star, Roberto took us for a tour and gave us a great history of the Masseria. Close to an ancient olive tree grove, very tranquil and peaceful. The pool area is amazing and enormous, the restaurant as well upscale and the staff friendly.
