The hotel must have earned its four stars a while back and now should consider some minor improvements to truly maintain this rating. The hotel is ideally located, clean, and with very pleasant staff. We stayed for one night arriving on a Sunday afternoon. We were told during an email booking exchange the hotel that the colocated restaurant was closed... More

The hotel is situated and the banks of Lake ISEO, but very few rooms actually face the water. It is very centrally located and staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. As my heading says... It can do with a revamp, but it suited my needs perfectly

My friends and I booked this hotel last minute to see the floating pier on lake Iseo. We did not arrive to the hotel until almost midnight, but the man at the front desk was extremely nice and friendly when we arrived. He gave us tons of information on the pier and the best way to get there, and then... More

We chose this hotel as a base on the Lago di Iseo at the time of Christo's Floating Pier "exhibit", pretty much everything else was full. The occasion made me discover the little jewel of the village of Pisogne, and the nice weather (we were lucky, as it was forecasted to be much worse - we got totally soaking wet... More

I don't think we've ever stayed in a Hotel with more friendly people who took an honest interest to make sure your stay was everything you wanted it to be. The rooms are air conditioned and the ceilings (pine) are high. Pisogne is a brilliant town for either a family holiday or as a place to go site seeing. It... More

The hotel is situated on the edge of a lively town very close to the lake, to be honest I was expecting more than the place delivered. We were greeted by a young lady on reception who was very nice and helpful. She booked us in and arrange for dinner for us that evening. The restaurant although inside the hotel... More

I Stay in this Hotel every time and always enjoyed of service. It placed in really beautiful place. There are very nice views on lake Iseo, mountains are everywhere. Breakfasts are OK, it is possible to find everything what do you need. Also there is nice restaraunt on 1st floor, it openes in evenings.

I stayed here as part of a business trip to a local factory and I was delighted with all aspects of the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, my room was a good size and very well furnished. The location is great for exploring this lovely place with great views over the lake.

This hotel was very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Allesandro, the Manager welcomed us to the hotel and immediately offered to carry the luggage to our room (very unusual in smaller hotels in Italy)... It has a splendid location on the lake front and in the heart of the small town of Pisogne, with plenty of choice of restaurants... More

This hotel was very comfortable, friendly and helpful. It has a splendid location on the lake front and in the heart of the small town of Pisogne, with plenty of choice of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. That being said, there was a road and a railway between the hotel and the lake, which made it noisy... More

“Rooms at the rear of the hotel are quieter but as the trains only run from 6.01 until 20.01 the noise was not a particular problem. Lake view rooms have the most wonderful views of thge lake and mountains.”
