The Archipelago is beautiful, the sea is fantastic for any type of activity. The Island is perfectly maintained on each detail, from the cottages, the villas (really high quality and elegance), the palm beaches and the gardens, the restaurant - bar - swimming pool area, and the diving center, all in perfect harmony with the relaxing nature. The service is...

My wife and I stayed at Kura-Kura for a week in mid-October 2012 which was about 2 weeks before the resort closed for the season. I would say that they were at maybe 20% of capacity during our stay. We are Americans who have lived in Jakarta for 2.5 years. Prevously we lived in Seoul for 2 years so we...

Stayed 4 nights the 3rd week of August, 2012 in a cottage. We toured a pool villa and if you had a family or two couples, you would definitely want the villa. We were ok with our cottage as we were rarely inside. Of interest there is a one hour time difference from Semarang to the Island. The island is...

We stayed here as the mid part of a 3week trip around Indonesia to relax and boost our energy levels whilst engaging in several jungle treks. We travelled by 8 seater plane from Semarang to Karimujaya , then by boat to the island. The flight was about 35 minutes, we were told it was only 20 and with a very...

Leave it to the Italians to keep this gem to themselves.... My wife and I spent five precious days on this island for our 25th wedding anniversary. Its real name is Menyawaken, just a few miles from the main island of Kirimunjawa. We were told that we were only the fourth Americans to visit this remote place which allows us...

Everything about this place is just unbelievable. We were there in September for our honeymoon and we couldn't have chosen a better place. From the first moment the staff greeted us in Semarang airport everybody was really friendly and efficient. The food was delicious, and after 1 couple of weeks in Indonesia, it felt great to have an italian chef...

We travelled to Kura Kura from Semarang via the small 8 seater Cessna Caravan from May 17 to 20th, 2012. From the moment we arrived at the Semarang Airport and were greeted by Ms. Becky and Imam, we were treated like VIP guests. This continued until the very minute we arrived back in Semarang when we were met by Nita....
