Clean hotel, friendly staff with reasonable English. Just a couple of minutes from a good beach, and plenty of good food & drink places. Also, fairly good wheelchair access. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it.
The hotel was the perfect choice for our family: very close to a sandy beach, serving (only) breakfast, with pool, with internet, AC, safe and fridge, and ... all these at a reasonable price. We stayed in room 121 and were impressed by the friendly...More

It's about 15 mins from Chania Town by bus - you can get the number 21 or 15 bus from a stop walking distance from the hotel, they run approx every 15-20 mins! Tickets only €1.20 from the shop opposite the hotel - more expensive to buy on the bus itself. Buses seem to run fairly late, but we only got them around midday so can't speak from experience there. I think timetables are available online.
I've just returned from a stay here and whilst I didn't eat breakfast outside, I saw that some people had opted to take their breakfast out to the pool, which is right next to the breakfast room.
