It's been a month since our travel to Greece from May 22 to June 8. I had to make sure that I provide a preview with trip advisor as it was helpful to us for Greece and all our travels. Our arrangements are always tricky because we are family of 5 (we have 2 boys 9, 6 and baby under...

It's a little far from the center of Chania (and this is the only minus of this hotel) but is a splendid position in front of the sea. The services are simply perfect and everything is very clean, precise, elegant. It's really a great choice for your trip in Crete!

For our first time (but not the last) in Crete we stayed at the delightful Ammos hotel between 31st May and 15th June. Our arrangements (all done through email) were dealt with very efficiently by Nikos, the owner and Dimitra , the concierge, and we arrived at 1am to a very friendly greeting (the reception usually closes around this time)....

Just returned from 1 week stay at Ammos Hotel and we loved it ! Our two daughters (2 and 5 years) had a blast. We had a garden view suite (2 rooms), stylish decorated and with a little kitchen. Some nights/mornings we cooked our own meals. The service was excellent, we especially enjoyed the beach service. Greek salads, cold beers, ice creams...

had a wonderful room on the 2nd floor next to the pool facing the ocean, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I found the staff at Ammos to be truly wonderful people to be around, the rooms were bright and cheerful and one can easily spend many lazy days and nights here, Chania a short bus...

Wonderful small hotel at 4 KM from Chania city center. Well mantained, very comfortable, friendly staff and owners. The internal restaurant is really good (although a bit expensive). Breakfast is great too. Only drawback: slow restaurant service. But in the meanwhile you can enjoy the night.. Rooms are nice, stilish, and clean. In the morning an efficient concierge and touristic...

I don't write reviews, or rather I never get round to them. However, on the contrary I book all my travel around trip advisor reviews. We've just come back from Chania Crete where we stayed at the Ammos Hotel on Glaros Beach. We booked based on trip advisor reviews and were not disappointed. We had a sea facing twin. The...

The best. In a class of its own. Great place for small kids. Great place for parents. Met lovely Lilly from Holland. Right on the beach. Good food in the restaurant. Very friendly staff. Very easy to book directly with hotel. Easy to find. Spot on with recommendations for restuarants - Nikos, Eden, Well of the Turk. Big hotels should...

My wife and I have travelled to Greece many times since 1972, but this was our first time in Crete. Lamentably, we didn’t come sooner…AND WE DIDN’T STAY LONGER (only four days!) We stayed at the Ammos Hotel because of the glowing reviews on Trip Advisor and they were “spot on” regarding this hotel, which is one of the great...

We loved this chic hotel on the beach. The view from our room was fantastic. the restaurant was quite good and the atmosphere was relaxed. Nikos and his team are very professional, very helpful and friendly. we absolutely recommend it. children are very welcome. the only negative point is that the rooms are not soundproof.
