We were very excited about our first holiday of the year, particularly as it was also a Christmas present for my parents. However, we were all quite disappointed with our time at Knowle Farm. Our son was taken ill on the way to the farm, so a emergency stop off at Exeter A and E meant we didn't arrive until...

Just got back from an enjoyable week, especially for the kids. We stayed at Cow-mumbles cottage (lovely views across the valley) and can thoroughly recommend Knowle Farm. My daughter loved the animals & swimming pool and didnt want to leave. Pub 5 mins away serves good food & very friendly. Location convenient & lots to do in the immediate area.

We stayed at one of the cottages earlier this month for a family holiday ie 3 generations of family. We identified the property from the Premier Cottages website and were looking for 5 star self catering accommodation. It was actually graded 4 star but looked as though it would 'fit the bill', having substantial facilities for children including an indoor...

Many thanks for taking the time to write your review. We are very surprised and saddened to hear that you felt aspects of the farm were in need of refurbishment as we are constantly redecorating, renovating and upgrading the cottages and facilities. Thankfully this is not feedback we have had from other guests (as can be seen in the rest...

We have just had a fantastic week, staying in Clematis, the smallest at Knowle Farm. It was our first holiday as a family, 2 adults and a 15 month old, who loved it. Excellent play barn for toddlers, excellent outdoor play area, friendly animals and lots of freedom and space to walk around. The cottage was cozy and nicely finished...

We stayed in Foxglove for a week with our twin toddlers (21 months) in March 2015 and had a wonderful time. The cottage was very clean and perfect for our needs with all the facilities and space to make a comfortable home from home (and even a dishwasher which we don't have!). We loved the soft play, swimming pool and...

We had a wonderful time at Knowle Farm and went away with good memories and photos to look back on. Our toddler (1 and a half year old) loved it so much that she woke up with a smile on her face. She enjoyed playing in the soft play area, especially getting into the police car! We enjoyed playing table...
